To start the day …..

~~January 9, 2014~~

Some of my fellow bloggers share their personal struggles with life’s tribulations and hard times. They feel comfortable enough in our mist to share what they are going through.

Issues include chronic medical conditions, chronic pain, mental health issues, family issues, unseen scars, loss of dear ones and, possibly, many others that we don’t know about.

I see fit to send healing energy, good thoughts and sincere best wishes for strength, acceptance, healing, improvement and continued fighting spirit to keep dealing with what life has dealt for them. It isn’t easy to keep going, sometimes there’s the desire of giving up.

That’s what we are here for …. to hold up the one who is weak at any particular time. To share in their discomfort and pain. To bear part of the burden when their shoulders are tired and seem unable to carry on.

Who knows … sometime it may be my time.

Always remember …. “he ain’t heavy, he’s my brother/sister” .

~~Six tips for doing distant healing~~

Find a quiet space and begin by taking a few deep breaths. As you breathe, imagine that you can actually feel the energy moving from your feet to the top of your head on the inhale and the circulating down to the feet as you exhale.

As you continue to breathe, cup your hands and see yourself sending energy to your hands as you exhale. Imagine that you are holding the people that you want to care for between your hands.

You can see or feel the energy that is running through your body as light, Divine Love or however you choose to define it. The important thing is to feel it moving with your breath. Feel the Spirit, as energy. Coursing in and through your body and then sending it to those in need.

Keep breathing.

As you breathe, imagine that there is a Divine orchestration which is providing solutions quickly, easily and powerfully in a state of wonderful grace. See that the people being transported to safe places are reunited easily with their families. Envision peace, love and light flowing into the minds of those that are suffering, so that not only will their bodies be cared for, but their minds will become unburdened and touched by joy. FEEL this as you breathe.

Remember that the purpose of this activity is to envision abundance continuing to arrive miraculously to assist, feed, nourish and heal the people in the Southeast. It is an alternative to focusing your attention and energy on everything that is not going well. Knowing that the past cannot be changed, envision creative and supporting solutions beautifully created from the greatest good in people.

As you continue with this exercise, holding the residents of the damaged areas in the cup of your hands and extending love to them, allow for any number of healing miracles to occur.

Allow inspiration regarding any other actions you can take to help (donate time, money, supplies, hold a fundraiser, etc.).

Pray for the highest spirit to take over in their lives.

See that nothing is too big for Spirit for that which created the entire Universe can certainly intervene and bring ease to this situation.

I'm originally from Puerto Rico. I was born in Santurce and raised in Rio Piedras. Have lived in Florida since 1999. I have a doctorate degree in Medicine; completed in 1976. My Internal Medicine specialty was completed in 1979. Worked for Puerto Rico's health system until 1985. At this time, I'm happily retired after working for the federal government for almost 28yrs. I want to offer any knowledge that I have to anyone "out there" who is interested. My views are liberal in almost every sense. My knowledge is "eclectic" - a bit of everything. Music and reading are my passion. Blogging has also become a very interesting endeavor. Metaphysical topics attract me. I'm interested in news reporting human issues like injustice, discrimination and abuse - the "wrongly" affected. My intention is to bring this knowledge to an understandable level and to help anyone in need. I'm open to questions and will answer them to the best of my ability. Currently working on an enterprise whose main mission will be to bring peoples of all walks of life together. To be one .... since we ALL are ONE!! The future looks bright and promising!!!
