To “The Wolf Pack” …..

~~February 15, 2014~~

Once upon a time, through the blogging platform provided by WordPress, a group of people, from all over the world met.

Some would say that is was purely by chance, a coincidence.

I wouldn’t agree. I believe in “synchronicities”.

Border1

“Synchronicity is the experience of two or more events as meaningfully related, where they are unlikely to be causally related. The subject sees it as a meaningful coincidence, although the events need not be exactly simultaneous in time. The concept of synchronicity was first described by Carl Gustav Jung, a Swiss psychologist, in the 1920s.

The concept does not question, or compete with, the notion of causality. Instead, it maintains that just as events may be connected by a causal line, they may also be connected by meaning. A grouping of events by meaning need not have an explanation in terms of cause and effect.

Border1

I first learned about “synchronicity” while reading the book “The Celestine Prophecy”.

I don’t believe that this group of friends met by chance. I believe that it was meant to happen. And this happened right at the moment when it was supposed to happen.

It so happens that some of the members are very fond of wolves.

They know facts about their existence and their behavior.

“Wolfpack or wolf pack may refer to: Pack (canine), a group of wolves that live, feed, and travel as a family group”

As the relationship in the blogosphere became stronger, we realized that there are common interests, ideas, feelings, values, thoughts, circumstances that bound us together. We bonded. We realized that these were connections that were strong and foresaw that they were long lasting.

~~WE BECAME A WOLF PACK~~

~~What is a wolf pack mentality?~~

In nature, wolf packs are less about ferocity and more about order. The complex wolf pack dynamics more resemble those of a teenage clique than a group of wild beasts. Of course, they still stalk prey, such as elk orrabbits, and get into vicious fights with each other, but you’ll discover that these canines follow an incredibly sophisticated group hierarchy.

Wolves naturally organize themselves into packs to maintain stability and assist with hunting. These are often groups of three to seven wolves led by an alpha male and alpha female. From there, the couple’s pups and possibly younger, unrelated wolves comprise the rest of the pack.

In this dog-eat-dog (or wolf-eat-wolf) environment, what’s the prevailing pack mentality? Do they hate each other or simply have a severe way of showing affection?

Get inside a wolf’s mind.

~~MEMBERS OF THIS WOLF PACK~~

Shaun Gibson …. from …. http://prayingforoneday.wordpress.com/ … somewhere in Scotland.

Life is this easy, we make it hard.

My name is Shaun.

I look at the world and challenge everything we are told. Some live in a ground-hog day existence, I couldn’t live like this.  I am a thinker, I love to get my mind round a subject and try and share it with you, the reader, the best I can. The blog could be about myself, or the world around us, or any other subject, I need to share.

I am disabled with Chronic Pain Syndrome, it gets in the way of my life, but not my mind, or my heart. It won’t kill me, but it is a nuisance to say the least. I live for my family, I also challenge myself every day to push myself to be a better person, to think of others, to help others, and more important, smile and be blessed for all I have.

I am not religious, but I respect anyone’s right to think and believe what they may. Freedom of expression and thoughts is important, as is the ability to accept that other people have feelings and opinions. We must allow others opinions to speak to us, otherwise we turn to hate and intolerance.

Love the people in your life, be happy, stay strong and always fight to better yourself. Some hide away and shy from the world, and live alone and die alone. We all are guilty, as if we reach out, others reach back. I reach out with every blog I do, and people do reach back.

I am humbled by the humanity in this blog.

More love .. less hate!

Patty Wijnants-van Delft …. from …. http://petitemagique.wordpress.com/ …. somewhere in the Netherlands.

Hey everybody!

I am Patty and this is my blog about writing, photography and photo editing.

I am not a poet, my writings are more like scrambled thoughts I combine with photo’s I take. And in case you are wondering: yeah, the girl in most of the photo’s is me. It’s hard to find someone who wants to play a model for me, so I’m kinda stuck with myself!

Writing fantasy is my biggest passion. I am working on a Young Adult Fantasy Trilogy, of which the first book is finished and is going to be published in April 2014!

On this blog you will find some of my work and you can follow what I’m up to!

Of course I also love to read books and poetry and I adore music. That’s why I created a new poetry form called ‘Poetrics’,  a combination of lyrics and poetry. You can check it out right HERE.

Hope you like it! Lots of Love, Patty

Jade Reyner … from http://jadereyner.com/ … somewhere in the UK.

Hi! I’m Jade and I started writing in February 2013 without a clue as to what I was doing. All I knew was that writing a novel was on my bucket list and that having done a Creative Writing course, I felt ready to give it a go.

This blog is my journey and since then I have somehow managed to write not one, but two novels. Twelve Days – The Beginning was published in April 2013 and I have just finished writing the sequel Twelve Days – The Future, which I am hoping to publish in early 2014. There are plenty more projects in the pipeline, and other books in the Twelve Days series. I think you can safely say that I have the bug! I also write the odd bit of poetry which you will see on here from time to time.

I am an impatient soul and so I decided to go down the self publishing route – not least because I am too frightened of rejection letters! This in itself has been a massive roller coaster of a journey but one that I can honestly say, I have loved every single minute of. WordPress is an amazing community and I feel so privileged to be able to share this journey with all of you.

So join me if you dare… it is a bumpy but hugely exciting ride.

Bishop Eddie Tatro …. from http://bishoptatro.wordpress.com/ ….. somewhere in the USA.

For this life-time I was born on April 3rd at 07:56 EST, to two ungrateful parents. My mother and biological father never married. People wonder why my last name is not Palmieri; it is because my mother’s first husband adopted me after I was born and gave me his name yet he and she didn’t stay together very long (not even 20 months)…and I’m stuck with his name (some days I think about what it would be like to change it to the family name then logic kicks in and says do fathom  what you will have to go through).

I don’t update a lot but when I do actually write be prepared for a novel.

I have had some difficulties throughout my life. During the darkest of my days, I turned to scripting verse. Our Creator has given us all many gifts; I credit my Creator with my gift of verse. My poetry and writing has always been therapeutic to me. I like all human souls have had great trials and tribulations as well as great victories and blessings. I’m happy to say that I’m a published poet a few times over.

This is just a brief introduction on your humble author.

Dr Rex (“Horty”) … from https://hrexach.wordpress.com/ … somewhere in the USA.

This blog was started in March 2013 by Maria H. Rexach-Rivera, MD …. aka Dr. Rex and Horty Rexach, to disseminate “eclectic” information through cyberspace.

I’m originally from Puerto Rico.I have a doctorate degree in Medicine; completed in 1976. At this time, I’m happily retired after working for the federal government for almost 28yrs. I also worked for the government of Puerto Rico from 1979 through 1985 …. for a total of almost 40 years as a physician. I want to offer any knowledge that I have to anyone “out there” who is interested. My views are liberal in almost every sense. My knowledge is “eclectic” – a bit of everything. Music and reading are my passion.

Blogging has also become a very interesting endeavor. Metaphysical topics attract me. I’m interested in news – reporting human issues like injustice, discrimination and abuse – the “wrongly” affected. My intention is to bring this knowledge to an understandable level and to help anyone in need. I’m open to questions and will answer them to the best of my ability. We ALL are ONE!! The future looks bright and promising!!!

~~FRIENDS FOR LIFE~~

Wolves naturally organize themselves into packs to maintain stability and assist with hunting, as noted above.

In our case, we organize ourselves together. We hail from all these different corners of the world. We protect our loved ones. We maintain stability, support each other, have each other’s back and love each other. We value our common existence and we are there for each other.

~~TEARS OF A WOLF~~

We go through life. We experience trials and tribulations. They can be physical, mental and emotional.

“Where loving arms are open, where one can find a friend, in the warmth of unconditional love, the broken heart will mend.”

That is what this WOLF PACK offers to its members.

We ALL are committed to this WOLF PACK!!

  1. Beautiful, totally, beautiful…Thank you…
And it shows you as the person you are posting this. Sometimes friends or one friend can trip up or fall over, sometimes a friend just needs time alone to reflect. Me personally am going through a fight in my life I didn’t think I would face. We all say “Not me, I am fine”
So today I fight, tomorrow I win, yesterday I learn from.

Doc, you are a special woman with a heart the size of a football….
The honour is mine in knowing you
