~~WHAT IS A TEAM?~~ 

A team comprises a group of people linked in a common purpose. Teams are especially appropriate for conducting tasks that are high in complexity and have many interdependent sub-tasks.

Teams normally have members with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximize his/her strengths and minimize his/her weaknesses. Team members learn how to help one another, help other team members realize their true potential and create an environment that allows everyone to go beyond their limitations. 

A team becomes more than just a collection of people when a strong sense of mutual commitment creates synergy, thus generating performance greater than the sum of the performance of its individual members.

As I continue on this blogging journey, I have been lucky to find many fellow bloggers who enjoy the companionship of others and work together as a team. We been able to bounce ideas off one another. We work together to make information and styles concise. We have formed a Facebook Share your WordPress Blog group where we promote exposure bloggers’ sites. 

All in all, it’s been a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is generally one of giving, helping, sharing, educating and growing together.

I strongly believe that, together, we comprise an awesome TEAM!!
