IOTD is image of the day, a concept I came up with. I teach visual meditative therapy – or in easy terms – a mini mental holiday. For some people it is very difficult for them to get their image right. I post an image a day for people to use in their mini mental vacay. Some are serious, some are silly, and some are just beautiful!
So far a lot of people l have enjoyed this when I’ve done it on http://www.Happier.com
And a turtle needs overall cleaning after wave surfing!!
(I’m using my friend’s IODT here because it inspired mine. I hope she doesn’t mind).

I used to keep little turtles but they are so messy, must change water every day. It is very tragic for sea turtles with all the plastic in the oceans. They think it is food and it gets lodged in their throats and they starve to death because of the blockage.

You are so right!! The ocean pollution, plastics … among many other things will decimate marine life!! Peace … 🙂
