1.Gunman kills nine in Charleston church | A white gunman reportedly shot and killed nine people Wednesdaynight during a prayer service at a historic African-American church in Charleston, South Carolina. At least one other person was injured. The gunmen fled the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, a downtown Charleston landmark, on foot, setting off an overnight manhunt. “I do believe this is a hate crime,” Charleston Police Chief Greg Mullen said. Church members said state Sen. Clementa Pinckney, the church’s pastor, was among the dead.

We hear the words of The Pontiff but we know what the response will be, don’t we? Nothing will get done and all kinds of excuses will continue to be made. Call it “Human Nature” if you wish. I call it “A crying shame.”

There is a lot of Planet B’s but we can’t get to them yet and if we ever did get to them we would screw them up too just the way we are doing here on earth. Thanks, Dr. Rex. I am always thrilled when you honor me with a comment. 🙂
