In the United States, same-sex marriage is recognized by the federal government.

The U.S. Supreme Court has released their decision, and the initial reaction is that the ruling appears to be in favor of the freedom to marry nationwide by a 5-4 majority!

We are currently checking with our state and national attorneys to get their legal analysis of the ruling!
