TODAY IS FRIDAY THE 13TH
My black kitty was a rescue from the street.
From the beginning, she was a handful.
At the beginning. we couldn’t decide on her name.
Options included Panther, Midnight, Blackie.
My favorite was “Double Trouble” which remains her official name.
However, the grand-kids decided on “Kitty” (easier for them) and she answers to that.
We firmly believe that she thinks she’s a dog.
Her behavior, even thought basically cat-like has definite signs of canine.
Several times, we’ve thought about giving her away, finding her a new home, taking her to the pound.
Yet, with the help of friends, we have come to terms with her and she has become part of the family and she will remain as such.
Have a good Friday, the 13th …. from Kitty.

Unlucky black cats!
Shelter workers say they are the last to be adopted and the first to be euthanized.

So is my “Kitty”
We ALL are ONE!!
I love black cats – I had one and he just adored me. When he disappeared I was upset and then one day while lying on the sofa I could feel him lying on my knees. I knew he was in a better place but by my side.
