Seymour Hersh is a Pulitzer prize winning journalist who frequently posts ground breaking news in the New Yorker and most recently in the London Review of Books. The stories that he has written about include how the Pakistani government knew for years the location of Osama Bin Laden; the 1968 My Lai massacre in Vietnam, when U.S. forces killed hundreds of civilians; and in 2004, he broke the Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse scandal.
Now, he is exposing his latest research in a 12/22/15 “Discovery Now” interview with Amy Goodman, titled, “Bombshell: U.S. Military Undermined Obama on Syria with Tacit Help to Assad (This was counter to the US president’s policy).” The following is what has been transcribed:
