“Puerto Rico is now a colony!” … Part 3! Did we ever doubt it!!! SMH …. shameful USA!!

WAR AGAINST ALL PUERTO RICANS

The Governor of Puerto Rico continues to cry. He has just discovered that Puerto Rico is a colony…the personal property of the United States.

Gov. Garcia Padilla calls this a “shift” in US foreign policy: that until last week, Puerto Rico was an autonomous nation with its own independent government. With all due respect, the governor is either a moron or a liar.

In addition to the Territorial Clause and the Supremacy Clause of the US constitution, and in addition to the insular cases (Balzac v. Porto Rico; De Lima v. Bidwell; Goetze v. US; Dooley v. US; Armstrong v. US; Downes v. Bidwell; Huus v. New York and Porto Rico Steamship Co.) a succession of US Presidents, including Barack Obama, have issued executive orders explicitly stating the US position: that Puerto Rico is an unincorporated territory of the US.
