ANOTHER LABEL TO PROUDLY WEAR

I always thought that we were here on this Earth to advance in the different stages that we encountered.

I think we are ALL interconnected and. as such, it’s our bound duty to help one another.

No one should stay behind.

No one should be left alone.

What I care about is what the person is really inside.

The feelings, the beliefs, the nature.

I strongly believe in doing the right thing.

Do unto others as you would like done unto you.

If that makes me a LIBERAL, then I’m proud to be one.

  1. We are liberals because we can’t stand to see others suffering and in pain. We need to change the world and to help anyone who is afraid or victimized. We show that kindness, compassion and gentleness can bring PEACE to the world. Hugs, Barbara

    I am not a fan of labels. I generally, until the past few years, thought of myself as a politically moderate individual. But, as the far right has gone farther to the right, the moderates have been forced farther to the left, and I now find that my values are most nearly associated with those of liberals. Still, I eschew labels, but yesterday I ran across this blog by fellow-blogger Dr. Rex, and it defines precisely how I see myself, my values. Please take a few moments to read this short post, as it defines the liberal philosophy and values as well as any I have heard. Thank you, Dr. Rex, for permission to share!
