“Born in the town of Tiksi, located in the Russian Arctic, photographer Evgenia Arbugaeva often looks back into her homeland to tell the stories of the remote lands and their inhabitants. In the series ‘Tiksi’, the internationally acclaimed photographer tells a fairy-tale-like story about a girl living in the small town located on the shores of the Arctic Ocean, in Siberia. Created in the aesthetics of a documentary series, the images present everyday scenes and surroundings of the town. Possibly based on photographer’s personal story, the project features a poetic text depicting a picturesque scene of a girl walking beneath Aurora Borealis. Isidro Infante … a master!!

With 7 Grammy Awards and 47 Grammy nominations, Isidro Infante is an established international artist. His music catalogue includes over 2,500 arrangements and he has worked with Celia Cruz, Tito Puente, Dizzy Gillespie, Hector Lavoe, Gloria Estefan, Stevie Wonder, the Fania All-Stars, and dozens of other renowned artists.

And now, on March 17, Infante will release his latest work…Cuba y Puerto Rico: Un Abrazo Musical Salsero.

With 13 songs and 15 singers, the album features updated versions of classic salsa tracks. It is a fascinating concept: Puerto Rican musicians. Cuban vocal artists. All working together to create an “abrazo musical salsero.”

A complete cultural collaboration.

The project is also designed to strengthen the bonds between the two islands, through the shared reverence and celebration of their music.

The album will be available broadly. We look forward to playing this album and dancing to it, again and again.
