Sean Michael Spicer is the White House press secretary and former communications director for Donald Trump. He apologized profusely for saying saying this while trying to defend the U.S. missile attack on Syria:
“We didn’t use chemical weapons in World War II,” Mr. Spicer said. “You know, you had someone as despicable as Hitler who didn’t even sink to using chemical weapons.”
He called it a mistake.
His explanations made the gravely ignorant comment all the worse and especially when he liked concentration camps to some kind of shopping mall – or goodness knows what? First time I have ever heard a concentration camp a “holocaust centers” .
Its not a mistake its a tragedy – Its not a mistake its ignorance.

The bomb was allegedly dropped on an Islamic State cave complex in Afghanistan. According to New York Times writer Helene Cooper, “It was unclear whether any civilians were killed. The military insisted that it took every precaution to avoid such casualties. But the Pentagon has come under increasing criticism that as it has intensified the fight against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, the civilian death toll has risen sharply.”
