      • Horty, How long will it all take to bring Puerto Rico back…..Yesterday’s New Jersey newspapers; Five years after this month’s anniversary of storm Sandy, Moody’s just upgraded the credit ratings of the three major hit counties of Atlantic, Monmouth, & Ocean back to pre-Sandy ratings, AND, while Christie reports “only” 1000 homes still not restored, there are still 2000 unrestored homes. So hold on to your hat for a long, long ride in Puerto Rico unless we have some political awakening!!! All it would take is one crackerjack general like MacArthur in Japan & Eisenhower in Germany after WWII to put Puerto Rico back on its feet!!!!!!! Phil
