… and the hits keep popping up.

From her new album ‘Hurts 2B Human‘, the new video dropped.

Watch Pink’s emotional new video for 90 Days featuring Wrabel

The American singer-songwriter slash acrobat has unveiled the official clip for 90 Days featuring Wrabel (who is absent from the video) and it’s one of her most gut-punching to date – which is saying a lot considering how incredible her videography is.

“If I’m just somebody that you’re gonna leave, and you don’t feel something when you look at me,” she sings during several scenes with her real-life husband, Carey Hart.

“If you’re just some habit that I gotta break, I can clear my system in 90 days.”

The indie-pop power ballad is the second single taken from Pink’s eighth studio album, Hurts 2B Human, which topped the charts in the UK, US, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and Canada.

Since her debut in 2000, P!nk has won three Grammy Awards, a Daytime Emmy Award, sold 57 million albums and has 15 top ten singles in the US (including four number ones). She also received the prestigious Michael Jackson Vanguard Award at the VMAs and Outstanding Contribution to Music at the BRIT Awards.

#Stonewall50 …. “🏳️‍🌈 ‘Fight for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion’ …. Christoper Street 🏳️‍🌈 …. “!!

~~June 18, 2019~~

The fight for equality, diversity, and inclusion began 50 years ago at Stonewall Inn and Christopher Street

Recognize, celebrate and honor those on whose shoulders we are standing on today.

There’s still a lot of work left to do … more so with the current federal administration, the hate that is so evident and the desire to do away from the rights that were fought for.

‘This is Me’ …. “🏳️‍🌈 Pride Month: June 2019 …. Music from the ‘Greatest Showman’ 🏳️‍🌈 …. “!!

~~June 18, 2019~~

So many times, so many moons ago, I needed this kind of song to express myself and my feelings.

I’ve grown out of that.

It took a while and a self-reflecting process associated to ‘purging’ and ‘deprogramming’ of a lifetime of inculcated beliefs.

Now, I’m free … THIS IS ME!!

‘This Is Me’ Is the Year’s Surprise Pride Anthem

This Is Me” was written by a gay man, Benj Pasek, and his writing partner, Justin Paul. The two are known for their original songs for Smash, La La Land, and Dear Evan Hansen, the latter of which won them a Tony Award for Best Original Score.

In addition to these queer credentials, the anthem in question is from The Greatest Showman, a 2017 musical film starring Hugh Jackman as P.T. Barnum. In the production, “This Is Me” is sung by Keala Settle, who portrays a bearded lady in the Barnum & Bailey Circus. Her experience, articulated through the song, is one of resilience in the face of hardship – which, after all, is what Pride is all about.

“I am brave, I am bruised, I am who I’m meant to be, this is me,” Settle sings in an unapologetic declaration of identity that all queer people can relate to. She adds,

“I’m not scared to be seen, I make no apologies, this is me.”

‘Jon Stewart’ …. “🐢 Won’t Let Mitch McConnell Off That Easy … ‘Bent Out of Shape?’ 🐢 …. “!!

~~June 18, 2019~~

I watched last night. Prior to that I’d watched Jon’s emotional appearance in the House hearings a few days ago.

There’s no describing McConnell’s demeanor on a FOX interview when he said he didn’t understand why “Jon Stewart is so bent out of shape”.

That showed complete entitlement, callousness and disregard for others. Mitch is drunk on power.

See for yourself!

Jon Stewart Fires Back at Mitch McConnell on ‘Colbert’: Stop ‘Jacking Around’ 9/11 First Responders

The ex-‘Daily Show’ host went off on McConnell for saying he was ‘bent out of shape’ over the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund bill during Stephen Colbert’s ‘Late Show’ Monday night, June 17.

When Stewart reappeared from under his old friend Stephen Colbert’s desk on The Late Show on Monday night, June 17, he had a lot to get off his chest. Asked by Colbert if he was “bent out of shape,” Stewart replied, “No, Mitch McConnell, I am not bent out of shape! I’m in fine shape.” Then he added, “Well, I am out of shape,” before explaining that he is only “bent out of shape” on behalf of the first responders.

As for McConnell’s suggestion that he’s “looking for some way to take offense” after members skipped his hearing, Stewart said, “I feel like an asshole,” sarcastically calling the whole situation a “huge misunderstanding.”

“I didn’t know that they were busy,” he said of Congress. “I didn’t mean to interrupt them … with their jobs!”

“Honestly, Mitch McConnell, you really want to go with the ‘we’ll get to it when we get to it argument’ for the heroes of 9/11?” Stewart asked. “Listen, Senator, I know that your species isn’t known for moving quickly.”

“Would that be a turtle reference, Jon?” Colbert asked, alluding to a classic Daily Show bit.

Gloria Vanderbilt …. “💞 ‘Anderson Cooper’s Tribute to his Mom’ 💞 …. “!!

~~June 18, 2019~~

She was many things, an American icon in many ways and fields but, above, all she was a mother.

“I know you are listening from above. There’s nothing that I value more than your love. No matter where I am or what I’m doing, your memories will always keep me smiling.”

~Unknown ~

Gloria Laura Vanderbilt was an American artist, author, actress, fashion designer, heiress, and socialite.

She was a member of the Vanderbilt family of New York and the mother of CNN television anchor Anderson Cooper.

Gloria Vanderbilt died Monday morning, June 17, according to her son, CNN’s Anderson Cooper

The fashion designer, artist and socialite was 95. She died in her Manhattan home with friends and family at her side.

“Gloria Vanderbilt was an extraordinary woman, who loved life, and lived it on her own terms,” Cooper said in a statement. “She was a painter, a writer and designer but also a remarkable mother, wife, and friend.

“She was 95 years old, but ask anyone close to her, and they’d tell you: She was the youngest person they knew – the coolest and most modern.”

Vanderbilt was diagnosed with an advanced form of stomach cancer earlier this month, Cooper said.
