Kobe Bean Bryant was an American professional basketball player. As a shooting guard, Bryant entered the National Basketball Association directly from high school, and played his entire 20-season professional career in the league with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Bryant and her father Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant died on January 26, 2020, in a helicopter crash near Calabasas, California.

Kobe was a role model in so many ways -from his his inspiring work ethic to his strong mentality to live a passionate life full of purpose and perseverance. He had relentless determination to follow his dream and to never stop striving to to do his best, both as an athlete and in his life outside of the basketball court. It is clear he had a big heart with strong love for his family. He was a leader who wanted to help others reach their greatness too, including Gigi, who was a star following her dad’s footsteps.
Heather Rooney is an artist specializing in hyperrealistic drawings. As a teenager she became captivated with the challenge of realistic drawing and the meticulous attention to detail that it required. She became intrigued with the medium of pencil, using graphite and colored pencil to create the softness of shadows or the intricate details of facial features. Heather continued to feel driven to improve her technique with every drawing.
While the sped up process might appear effortless to viewers, it is often the result of up to 100 hours or more of work at her drafting table with intense focus. She has a fascination for drawing faces as every individual has their own unique story. She loves sharing her process with the world and is compelled to follow her passion for drawing, bringing vitality to her subjects on paper with the precision of every pencil stroke.
