Love it! As for price increases, they are everywhere! Farmers had to kill off a lot of cattle they couldn’t afford to feed and were unable to sell crops during the worst of the pandemic, and are still unable to catch up to the demand, but they are always blamed for the price of food increases. I have two sons who inherited farms from their dad and haven’t been able to do anything on the farms for months because the farms are now in litigation following the death of their uncle who was half owner. They are hurting but hanging in and maybe learning a lot about gardens and canning the produce. Ah, what the heck. Every generation has to grow up sometimes and the easiest thing for some is to blame bad luck on someone other than accepting the fact that they are to blame as well.

Educate me, Angel — has this happened before? Is this the way America has always been? If the answer is yes, I’ve been fooled almost all my life!! 🙁
