Last week I found this awesome YouTube offering … I saved it for today just because it’s My Momoa Moment.

A young girl discovers a secret map to the dreamworld of Slumberland, and with the help of an eccentric outlaw, she traverses dreams and flees nightmares, with the hope that she will be able to see her late father again.

Initial release: November 18, 2022.

In Netflix’s Slumberland, Jason Momoa is set to star as Flip, a nine-foot tall creature that is half-man, half-beast, with shaggy fur, and long curved tusks.

The creature will be created by CGI with performance capture by Momoa. Young actress Marlow Barkley (Single Parents) is also set to star as Nemo, the girl who travels to a mystical land in search of her missing father. Primetime Emmy winners Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights, Argo) and Chris O’Dowd (State of the Union, Moone Boy) also have been cast in unspecified roles.

Yes, this cartoon is a bit of a sequel.

In the first cartoon, President Biden is tossing out money bags to areas devastated by hurricanes while Trump is tossing out paper towels. It shows the disparity between the two men. One is a compassionate and thoughtful person who cares about people who are not himself. The other is Donald Trump.

The sequel also shows the disparity between the two men. President Biden has pardoned all federal offenses of simple marijuana possession. Donald Trump wants to pardon the racist MAGAt goons who attempted a violent coup.

The president needs to go further and push for the legalization of marijuana. Currently, the Department of Justice classifies marijuana in a higher schedule than fentanyl. That’s bullshit. From April 2020 to April 2021, over 64,000 Americans died from fentanyl. Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid that is 80 to 100 times stronger than morphine…

4:45 a.m. Here we go again.  Cove Island Park Morning Walk.  Well, not exactly.  Sully and I are driving Susan to the airport, and then we’re off to the park.

The House will be cleared out. For an entire week!  Sully’s parents are on Honeymoon.  Sully’s Grandma is going to visit her Mother. It’s now just the Boys, batching it for a week. Nobody nagging us on excessive treat consumption. Or our roughhouse play. No need to pick up our toys.  Just the Boys, Home Alone.

We’re five miles from home on our return from the airport.  I glance to my right, and Sully doesn’t look right. He’s staring up at me, his big brown eyes signaling distress. Oh, no, Sully.  Not here. Not now.  We’re on I-95, no exit for three miles.  Sully, please, just hold on. We’re almost home.

Sully now has the dry heaves.

I actually heard a Republican make this argument on TV a few days ago. If Herschel Walker encouraged a girlfriend to get an abortion, or even paid for it, why that’s his personal life and we should respect his privacy. Seriously?

Someone said you can nominate Satan and if he’s running against a Democrat, Republicans will vote for him.
