TELL ME WHY …. ANOTHER VERSION

Several days ago, I started the day with the original version of “Tell Me Why” sung by a very young Declan Galbraith. The first video was uploaded in 2006. By 2012, a new version was posted which included a duo.

Declan was born Dec. 19, 1991 … he’s 26 years old now.

Doudou, a teen Chinese girl who made a name by singing the Beijing Olympic theme song “You and Me”.

Tonight, I would like to share with you this other version. Hope you enjoy it.

We see that our world reality hasn’t changed since then.

If anything, it’s gotten worse.

The lyrics apply today as much as they did back then.

Can anyone tell me why?

Twelve-year-old girl Doudou announced her Olympics concert in London, Light up the World, in Beijing on July 11, 2012.

(currently Doudou is 15 years old)

Doudou, who became well-known as the singer of the Beijing Olympics’ theme song You and Me in 2008, held the concert in London.

Declan Galbraith, an English singer will appear alongside Doudou in the concert.

“Today the entertainment division of #Univision Communications Inc. announced that it is ending the Company’s business relationship with the Miss Universe Organization, which is part-owned by Donald J. Trump, based on his recent, insulting remarks about #Mexican #immigrants.

VW People’s Car Project: the magnetic suspension vehicle (Hover Car)

Now that flying cars are beginning to emerge, imagination has no more limit … Here is the magnetic levitation spherical vehicle!

The People’s Car Project is an initiative launched by VW in China to design the new people’s car, an open-source project where citizens can submit ideas to VW’s R&D in China.

This is the case of Jia Wang who thought of a solution for traffic congestion in the city of Chengdu with a small urban vehicle, spherical, connected that can be parked everywhere (even in the air!) with a simplified operation allowing everyone to take the wheel.

Starting from these basic concepts, VW’s engineers made this idea become true with an original vehicle using electromagnetic levitation – to provide freedom and comfort – but also safety oriented with distance sensors to avoid crashes.

Laozi (also Lao-Tsu) was a philosopher and poet of ancient China. He is best known as the reputed author of the Tao Te Ching and the founder of philosophical Taoism, but he is also revered as a deity in religious Taoism and traditional Chinese religions. Although a legendary figure, he is usually dated to around the 6th century BC and reckoned a contemporary of Confucius, but some historians contend that he actually lived during the Warring States period of the 5th or 4th century BC.

Doctors Bow In Reverence To Cancer Victim Who Donated Organs ‘To Be A Great Kid’

An 11-year-old’s wish to give the gift of life to others came true on the last day of his life. The photograph above shows doctors bowing to Liang Yaoyi, a gifted student from Shenzhen, China, who died from a brain tumor in June. His mother can be seen crying in the background.

Today’s top photo is a pretty powerful one.

Incredibly touching.

Liang was diagnosed with the tumor at the age of 9, just after he moved to Shenzhen to join his brother and sister, and to attend primary school, Shanghai Daily reports. One day, Liang felt dizzy and the next day had trouble walking, so his sister took him to a hospital where he learned he had a brain tumor.

Before passing away on June 6, Liang told his mother, Li Qun, that he wanted to donate his organs.

“There are many people doing great things in the world,” he said according to China Daily. “They are great, and I want to be a great kid too.”

CCTV News reported that Liang also said it was also a chance for him to be “alive in another way.”

Liang’s teacher said he may have learned of organ donation by reading stories in a school textbook. Liang’s mother honored his wishes and doctors were able to save his kidneys and liver for donation, according to China Daily.

The picture has created a firestorm within Chinese media outlets and on Reddit, where users commented on the beauty of the photo, the strength of Liang and the importance of organ donation.

The 11-year-old boy in Shenzhen, south China’s Guangdong province, decides to donate his organs before he died on June 6, 2014, from a brain tumor. Within eight hours of his death, the boy’s organs he wanted to donate saved numerous lives.

Liang’s desk is still placed in the first row in the classroom, but his chair will be empty, forever.

Liang Yaoyi, whose life was ended by a brain tumor last Friday, June 2014, gave new life to others by electing to donate his kidneys, liver and corneas.
