The legality of cannabis for general or recreational use varies from country to country.

Possession of cannabis is illegal in most countries as a result of the agreement about Indian hemp, also known as hashish, in the International Opium Convention (1925). However, many countries have decriminalized the possession of small quantities of cannabis.

Some states in the US allow use of medical cannabis in state, territorial, Indian reservation, and Federal district laws, although the use is illegal by federal law. Federal agencies claim that federal law comes first.

Saturday, March 14 is not just Pi Day this year.

It’s the first five digits of Pi in the standard date abbreviation 3/14/15.

Pi is the symbol used in geometry to represent the ratio of the circumference of a circle to the circle’s diameter. You can use it to find the area of a circle, which is Pi times the radius of the circle squared.

Magnum, P.I. is an American television series starring Tom Selleck as Thomas Magnum, a private investigator living on Oahu, Hawaii. The series ran from 1980 to 1988 in first-run broadcast on the American CBS television network.

According to the Nielsen ratings, Magnum, P.I. consistently ranked in the top twenty U.S. television programs during the first five years that the series was originally broadcast in the United States. It has had a lasting impact and is currently aired in syndication on Cozi TV.
