Starbucks unveiled its new holiday design – a red cup with the green Starbucks logo – and sparked significant controversy due to its lack of Christmas symbols like reindeer and snowflakes.

Starbucks defended the blank holiday design as welcoming of people’s different stories.

Meghan Trainor Has Her Own ‘Peanuts’ Character and Song On the Soundtrack

Meghan Trainor is the newest member of the Peanuts gang, and she has a new feel-good song to celebrate.

The “Dear Future Husband” singer revealed her cartoon identity via Twitter and Instagram Tuesday (July 27, 2015), also announcing that she will be on the soundtrack for The Peanuts Movie that hits theaters in November.

The track, titled, “Better When I’m Dancin’,” is another classic confidence-boosting tune from Trainor—exactly what The Peanuts Movie makers were looking for.

“They wanted a song about confidence and knew I was good at writing those,” Trainor told People. “I feel better when I’m onstage dancing and having fun, so I wrote about that!”

LIL BUB BRINGS .. CHRISTMAS IS HERE

BUB is a very special one of a kind critter.

More specifically, she is the most amazing cat on the planet.

In July of 2011, she was discovered as the runt of a healthy feral litter in a tool shed in rural Indiana at only a few weeks old. She was taken in as a rescue when it was clear that she would require special care. Since then BUB has become one of the most famous cats on planet.

She is a published author, a talk show host, the star of an award winning documentary, and has helped raise over $200,000 for animals in need.

Shortly after turning one year old, BUB was diagnosed with an exceptionally rare bone condition called osteopetrosis.

FOOTPRINTS IN THE SAND

I’ve been following this season with more enthusiasm than ever before. From the day Season 21 started, I’ve been following, admiring and rooting for Bindi.

Last night, the freestyle which Derek choreographed for her was simply amazing and unforgettable.

She has been consistent in her performances. She has improved so much as the weeks have passed. She seems to be older than her years. The support of her family and loved ones has been remarkable. The presence of her father, Steve, has been quite notable.

Tonight is the night.

I’m holding my breath because I really hope she wins the mirrored trophy.

I found this YouTube video which shows the complete evolution, the practice, the reasoning, the performance and the judging of the dance.

I think it’s worth a watch.

There was hardly a dry eye in the Dancing With The Stars arena on Monday night after frontrunner Bindi Irwin took to the stage for a heartfelt tribute dance.

The Australian teenager couldn’t keep her composure and fell sobbing into the arms of her partner Derek Hough, after a childhood image of herself with her late father Steve flashed up at the end of her sequence.

The judging panel and studio audience members were visibly moved by the outpouring of emotion and many were seen wiping their eyes.

Trouble in Paradise is an animated slapstick comedy following the daily trials and tribulations of Crabby, a small orange crab who lives on a tiny tropical island in the vast Pacific Ocean.

Crabby lives a simple life of routine. He gets up every morning, takes a breath of fresh air and starts digging his sand burrow. Crabby loves digging, it’s what he lives for. However his digging routine is more often than not interrupted by a mysterious new arrival to the paradise island he calls home.

The ocean regularly delivers something new to the island’s shore. And although it is often manmade rubbish, what might seem obvious and pedestrian to us is always fascinating, delightful or downright threatening to Crabby and his fellow tropical island dwellers.
