The legality of cannabis for general or recreational use varies from country to country.
Possession of cannabis is illegal in most countries as a result of the agreement about Indian hemp, also known as hashish, in the International Opium Convention (1925). However, many countries have decriminalized the possession of small quantities of cannabis.
Some states in the US allow use of medical cannabis in state, territorial, Indian reservation, and Federal district laws, although the use is illegal by federal law. Federal agencies claim that federal law comes first.
Dylann Roof, 21, has been identified as the suspect in the mass shooting at the Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina on Wednesday, June 17. The FBI says Roof is from Lexington County, South Carolina.
The suspect reportedly told a survivor, “I have to do it. You’re raping our women and taking over the country. You have to go.”
The Charleston Police Department describes Roof as a white male with a slender build. Roof was captured Thursday morning, June 18, in Shelby, North Carolina.
Has confessed to carrying out the shooting massacre that left nine people dead at a historic black church in Charleston, South Carolina.
I strongly believe that policemen do their job while risking their lives. Their loved ones stay at home expecting them to return safe but always have the lingering thought in the back of their minds. For this, we thank both the law enforcement officers and their families.
Yet, too many cases are coming to the forefront that makes the public question the status of the police departments all over the country.
We grieve for each and every one that loses their lives in the line of duty. Yet, because of the nature of their work, they should be held to high standards.
This statement sums up for us how we can respect all law enforcement officers yet also question what is happening and has happened at the time of this writing.
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, the Christian conservative reality-TV stars from TLC’s 19 Kids and Counting say their son Josh Duggar “violated God’s principle” when he sexually molested four of his sisters and a family friend when he was a teenager.
The couple and two of Josh’s sisters, who were also victims, spoke for the first time since allegations against Josh Duggar broke.

~FOR TIMELINE~
SINCE 2002
March 2002: The 33-page police report reveals that Jim Bob Duggar tells police his son admits he fondled the breasts and genitals of several victims while they were sleeping in the family’s home, and that similar incidents happened four to five times.
Since the killing of an unarmed black teenager by a white police officer in Ferguson, Mo., eight months ago and subsequent riots, the discussion has been all about race, and rightly so.
Ferguson is two-thirds black, but the power structure — from city manager to judge to prosecuting attorney and clerks — was white. Just four of its 54 police officers were black. The Justice Department found overwhelming evidence of bigotry in policing.
But Baltimore, where riots erupted this week after the death of another young black man in police custody, doesn’t fit that cookie cutter. Its mayor is a black woman, as was her predecessor, and several black police commissioners have run the department, where half the officers are African American.
Yet Baltimore is the latest city to erupt in race-linked violence.
“IOTD” is image of the day, a concept I came up with. I teach visual meditative therapy – or in easy terms – a mini mental holiday. For some people it is very difficult for them to get their image right. I post an image a day for people to use in their mini mental vacay. Some are serious, some are silly, and some are just beautiful!”’
I used to be an ObamaCrat and follow Barack blindly, but Ferguson Missouri and the murder of Michael Brown, changed my views of Barack Hussein Obama.
The President’s total lack of attention, he didn’t pay, to a rash of incidents involving the systematic genocide of Black Americans right here at home by racist AmeriKKKan law enforcement, made me realize Barack didn’t deserve my blind commitment.
AmeriKKKa can’t fix the world when freedoms and liberties are denied daily to America’s citizens.
Bowing to political pressure from Democratic politicians who are concerned about having a Democratic President speak out about a racial murder, weeks before the all important Mid Term elections, is NOT why I voted for Barack Hussein Obama, twice.
Ignoring the hundreds of murders of Black Americans, mostly Black American males, whom were unarmed and in a position of surrender and submission, is unacceptable to me as a Black male. It’s disgusting when a caucasian President ignores that issue.
It’s the worst feeling in the soul and heart when a President who is a person of color ignores it, who happened to campaign on “Hope & Change”, and allows that Black genocide to continue.
There are a total of 380 names listed here since January 1st, 2015.

You thought this was just about #BlackLivesMatter……didn’t you.
Speaking out for the first time since she went viral for slapping her son for participating in the Baltimore riots, Toya Graham told CBS News she wanted to prevent her son from becoming another Freddie Gray.
“He gave me eye contact.
And at that point, you know, not even thinking about cameras or anything like that,” the Baltimore mom said in the CBS interview.
“That’s my only son, and at the end of the day I don’t want him to be a Freddie Gray.”
Hailed by many as “Mom of the Year,” Graham was praised for her actions by Baltimore Police Commissioner Anthony Batts.
“I wish I had more parents who took charge of their kids tonight,” Batts told reporters last night. “Take control of your kids.”

“#BlackLivesMatter was created in 2012 after Trayvon Martin’s murderer, George Zimmerman, was acquitted for his crime, and dead 17-year old Trayvon was post-humously placed on trial for his own murder.
Rooted in the experiences of Black people in this country who actively resist our de-humanization, #BlackLivesMatter is a call to action and a response to the virulent anti-Black racism that permeates our society. Black Lives Matter is a unique contribution that goes beyond extrajudicial killings of Black people by police and vigilantes.
It goes beyond the narrow nationalism that can be prevalent within Black communities, which merely call on Black people to love Black, live Black and buy Black, keeping straight Black men in the front of the movement while our sisters, queer and trans and disabled folk take up roles in the background or not at all. Black Lives Matter affirms the lives of Black queer and trans folks, disabled folks, black-undocumented folks, folks with records, women and all Black lives along the gender spectrum. It centers those that have been marginalized within Black liberation movements. It is a tactic to rebuild the Black liberation movement.
When we say Black Lives Matter, we are broadening the conversation around state violence to include all of the ways in which Black people are intentionally left powerless at the hands of the state. We are talking about the ways in which Black lives are deprived of our basic human rights and dignity. How Black poverty and genocide is state violence. How 2.8 million Black people are locked in cages in this country is state violence. How Black women bearing the burden of a relentless assault on our children and our families is state violence. How Black queer and trans folks bear a unique burden from a hetero-patriarchal society that disposes of us like garbage and simultaneously fetishizes us and profits off of us, and that is state violence.
How 500,000 Black people in the US are undocumented immigrants and relegated to the shadows. How Black girls are used as negotiating chips during times of conflict and war. How Black folks living with disabilities and different abilities bear the burden of state sponsored Darwinian experiments that attempt to squeeze us into boxes of normality defined by white supremacy, and that is state violence.
#BlackLivesMatter is working for a world where Black lives are no longer systematically and intentionally targeted for demise.
We affirm our contributions to this society, our humanity, and our resilience in the face of deadly oppression. We have put our sweat equity and love for Black people into creating a political project – taking the hashtag off of social media and into the streets.
The call for Black lives to matter is a rallying cry for ALL Black lives striving for liberation.”

This is the season and time when we should be resolved to continue seeking justice together and not let those with blind biases distract, diminish, or divide us.”

Law is concerned with freedom, the worthiest and holiest thing in man, the thing man must know if it is to have obligatory force for him.
