LIL BUB BRINGS .. CHRISTMAS IS HERE

BUB is a very special one of a kind critter.

More specifically, she is the most amazing cat on the planet.

In July of 2011, she was discovered as the runt of a healthy feral litter in a tool shed in rural Indiana at only a few weeks old. She was taken in as a rescue when it was clear that she would require special care. Since then BUB has become one of the most famous cats on planet.

She is a published author, a talk show host, the star of an award winning documentary, and has helped raise over $200,000 for animals in need.

Shortly after turning one year old, BUB was diagnosed with an exceptionally rare bone condition called osteopetrosis.

Bindi Irwin wins Dancing with the Stars with performance dedicated to father

I’m a very happy camper.

I’m so very happy that Bindi and Derek won the mirrored trophy. Their effort, dedication, talent and energy showed throughout Season 21.

Bindi is a a breath of fresh air, poor unabashed joy.

Her love of her family shone through the 11 weeks that the show lasted.

I’m excited for her and Derek.

I will miss waiting for every Monday to watch the “next dance”. Thank you Bindi, thank you Derek.

The 17-year-old daughter of Steve Irwin says show has ‘changed her life’ as she is announced winner of the US reality show with partner Derek Hough. They triumphed in the final of the reality TV show on Tuesday night, November 25, 2015.

The pair got a perfect score of 30 for their final dance routine and brought audience members to tears.

“Thank you so much for everything.

I can’t believe I’m here.

Thank you for changing my life,” Irwin said.

Irwin, who like her her father Steve Irwin works as a conservationist and a TV presenter, has been impressing audiences with her dancing flair during the past three months.

Steve Irwin died in 2006 after a stingray stuck its barb into his heart, and his daughter’s final Dancing with the Stars performance on Monday, November 23, 2015,  was dedicated to him.

First she and Hough danced quickstep to Dr. Bones, by Cherry Poppin’ Daddies, and then moved to a freestyle dance to Footprints in the Sand, by Leona Lewis.

In a video intro to the dance, Hough said: “It reminds me of where you’re from and your dad always being there no matter what.”

Irwin said: “I’ve tried to just remember his strength, knowing that Dad is kind of still with me.”

Husband pays touching tribute to ‘love of his life’ in defiant message to attackers

The husband of a woman killed in the Paris attacks has written a touching message to the “love of my life” and promised to raise their 17-month-old son “happy and free ”.

Antoine Leiris, whose wife Helene Muyal-Leiris was among the 89 killed in the Bataclan concert hall attack on Friday evening, posted an emotional message on Facebook.

Mr Leiris, who first met his 35-year-old wife 12 years ago, told the attackers he would “not grant you the gift of my hatred.”

In a post – shared more than 60,000 times by Tuesday morning – Mr. Leiris said in French he would raise their son Melvil “happy and free” and that responding to “hatred with anger is falling victim to the same ignorance that has made you what you are.”

Puerto Rico is a multi-ethnic nation, home to people of different ethnic and national backgrounds. RELATIONSHIP IS AN ART

Don Miguel Ángel Ruiz (born 1952), better known as Don Miguel Ruiz, is a Mexican author of Toltec spiritualist and neoshamanistic texts.

His teachings are similar to New Age philosophies which focuses on the Ancient Toltec teachings to achieve happiness. Ruiz is listed as one of The Watkins 100 Most Spiritually Influential Living People in 2014.

Some have associated Ruiz’s work with Carlos Castaneda, author of The Teachings of Don Juan.

Don Miguel Ruiz was born in rural Mexico, the youngest of 13 children.

Don Miguel attended medical school, and became a surgeon. For several years he practiced medicine with his brothers.

A near fatal car accident changed the direction of Don Miguel’s life. Don Miguel promptly returned to his mother to finish his training and he became a Shaman. Don Miguel then moved to the United States.

In the tradition of the Toltec, a Nagual (shaman) guides an individual to personal freedom. After exploring the human mind from a Toltec as well as scientific perspective, Don Miguel has combined old wisdom with modern insights.

Security, comfort, warmth, love 

The relationship we share with animals is unique and powerful. Even before the advent of animal domestication, a mutually beneficial and dynamic bond has existed between animals and humans. Few can argue that the human-animal bond has profoundly influenced human culture, physiology and emotion as well as the innate biology and behavior of animals.

What exactly is the human-animal bond?

It is defined as a connection between people and animals, domestic and wild. Those that study the bond between animals and humans are anthrozoologists and through their studies they have come to the conclusion that our love of animals is intrinsically linked to who we are as humans.

Without animals, we would not have made the transition from hunter-gatherers to an agrarian society.
