Dear Friend,
Stand Tall and Proud
Sink your roots deeply into the Earth
Reflect the light of a greater source
Think long term
Go out on a limb
Remember your place among all living beings
Embrace with joy the changing seasons
For each yields its own abundance
The Energy and Birth of Spring
The Growth and Contentment of Summer
The Wisdom to let go of leaves in the Fall
The Rest and Quiet Renewal of Winter
Feel the wind and the sun
And delight in their presence
Look up at the moon that shines down upon you
And the mystery of the stars at night.
Seek nourishment from the good things in life
Simple pleasures
Earth, fresh air, light
Be content with your natural beauty
Drink plenty of water
Let your limbs sway and dance in the breezes
Be flexible
Remember your roots
Enjoy the view!
The Christmas Spirit is making its way in. You can see it everywhere: houses are light up, stores are decorated, people are shopping. Santa’s orders are being filled out.
Meghan Trainor Has Her Own ‘Peanuts’ Character and Song On the Soundtrack
Meghan Trainor is the newest member of the Peanuts gang, and she has a new feel-good song to celebrate.
The “Dear Future Husband” singer revealed her cartoon identity via Twitter and Instagram Tuesday (July 27, 2015), also announcing that she will be on the soundtrack for The Peanuts Movie that hits theaters in November.
The track, titled, “Better When I’m Dancin’,” is another classic confidence-boosting tune from Trainor—exactly what The Peanuts Movie makers were looking for.
“They wanted a song about confidence and knew I was good at writing those,” Trainor told People. “I feel better when I’m onstage dancing and having fun, so I wrote about that!”
Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Linus and the rest of the beloved “Peanuts” gang are dancing way to the big-screen, with moves like you’ve never been seen before, in state of the art 3D animation.
Snoopy, the world’s most lovable beagle – and flying ace – embarks upon his greatest mission as he takes to the skies to pursue his arch-nemesis The Red Baron, while his best pal, Charlie Brown, begins his own epic quest.
From the imagination of Charles M. Schulz and the creators of the ICE AGE films, THE PEANUTS MOVIE will prove that every underdog has his day.
There’s also a law known as the “Americans with Disabilities Act”.
There’s the “Golden Rule”.
Mainly there’s common sense.
This man truly believes that he’s above everyone and everyone.
He doesn’t care about badmouthing or disrespecting anyone. Remember the Mexicans, John McCain, Megyn Kelly, “illegal immigrants, Jorge Ramos, Black Lives Matter …. and so many others.
Donald Trump Slammed For Mocking Disabled New York Times Reporter Serge Kovaleski
Speaking at a rally in South Carolina on Tuesday night Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump seems to mock New York Times reporter Serge Kovaleski, who has a chronic condition called arthrogryposis which affects the movement of his arms.
Trump imitates Kovaleski while defending comments he has made over the past few weeks, asserting that members of the Muslim communities in New Jersey celebrated following the collapse of the World Trade Center Towers in 2001.
The New York Times has slammed Trump’s actions as ‘outrageous’.
(This is not direct discrimination, it’s lower than that).
The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) is a law that was enacted by the U.S. Congress in 1990. In 1986, the National Council on Disability had recommended enactment of an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and drafted the first version of the bill which was introduced in the House and Senate in 1988.
It was signed into law on July 26, 1990, by President George H. W. Bush, amended and signed by President George W. Bush with changes effective January 1, 2009.
The ADA is a wide-ranging civil rights law that is intended to protect against discrimination based on disability. It affords similar protections against discrimination to Americans with disabilities as the Civil Rights Act of 1964,[4] which made discrimination based on race, religion, sex, national origin, and other characteristics illegal.

Dance to the music
under the stars at night.
Dance to the music
of all time lullabies.
Dance to the music
of your own beat and rhythm.
Dance to the music
that your own heart has chosen.
A book is pages, pictures and words
A book is animals, people and birds
A book is stories of queens and kings
Poems and songs-so many things!
Curled in a corner where I can hide
With a book I can journey far and wide
Though it’s only paper from end to end
A book is a very special friend.
“IOTD” is image of the day, a concept I came up with. I teach visual meditative therapy – or in easy terms – a mini mental holiday. For some people it is very difficult for them to get their image right. I post an image a day for people to use in their mini mental vacay. Some are serious, some are silly, and some are just beautiful!”
WATCH LINDSEY STIRLING ‘TAKE FLIGHT’ IN HER NEW MUSIC VIDEO
One of the most unlikely music phenomena of recent years has been Lindsey Stirling, whose classical-meets-dance music has catapulted her to huge online popularity, with her videos having been viewed hundreds of millions of times.
Ms. Stirling released her second album, “Shatter Me” (Lindseystomp).
Many of our favorite artists began rolling out extravagant, new music videos as part of The YouTube Music Awards.
Lindsey Stirling, the “hip-hop violinist” gained attention following a season five showing on America’s Got Talent , but really rose to prominence through her YouTube videos, released “Take Flight” as part of the YMAs.
The crossover-classical epicness of the track is partnered with a fantasy-themed video that finds our hero navigating an Escherian stairwell labyrinth and rowing through a storm cloud, in hopes of reaching a dual planet, a la Another Earth.
Close your eyes and spread your wings. Make a wish and dream good dreams. Don’t ever say, you’ll never tell. Cause life is short and very frail. Just be still and take a look.
Before you know it, you’ll be hooked. Then once in a blink of an eye you’ll soon realize it was all a lie. Up you look and there they’re gone.
Why two days feel so long? What was once there has disappeared. Now, love is the one thing to fear. Why say go when it was no? You open your eyes only to find, what lied there was your sign.
So close your eyes and spread your wings. Make a good wish and LIVE your dreams!
