THE ONLY WAY IS FORWARD

Too much work, effort, blood sweat and tears have been invested in LGBTQ equality.

There’s no going back.

This isn’t the time to rest.

The new Republican Administration, lead by Drumpf, is launching an overt attack on the LGBTQ community.

It’s coming!

We won’t go back in the closet!

We are here to stay!

By all measures, 2015 will be remembered as a banner year for LGBT rights in the United States

The Supreme Court gave gays and lesbians the right to wed.

Popular culture and public opinion continued to increasingly accept transgender identities and same-sex relationships. Corporate advocacy beat back state religious-freedom laws that would have provided a defense for discrimination. And there are more than 450 openly gay elected officials currently serving across the country.

But backers don’t expect the good news to continue, at least in the short term.

WHAT YOU RESIST, PERSISTS

I’m still having a hard time with this one.

Every time I think I have it beat, it comes back with a passion and brings me to my knees.

This reminds me so much about my therapist Julie.

This is what she tells me all the time.

What I consider problems in my life aren’t really that bad.

I would say it’s a matter of perspective.

I know others have it worse than me.

I really can’t complain.

Granted, I’m not saying this is easy.

I’m saying that I have to try.

I’m still having a hard time with this one.

Need to go with the flow!!
