There’s a saying somewhere in the American language. It says something about “don’t assume” … because the final result wouldn’t be nice for either “party” (meaning the persons involved, of course).
How dare you even think that America, or any intelligent and enlightened human being would want to follow your state’s example?
You never anticipated these attacks? Then you must be quite dense. You have personally attacked quite a few members of the USA population. Do you think that you can push without anyone pushing back?
Unfair attacks? That’s what you, Sir, have done to members of the LGBT community, IMHO.
Why should anyone stop lying about you? There’s no lie here. You signed into law, for your state, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

A furor has erupted over an Indiana law that opponents say could give businesses the right to refuse service to gay people. And the controversy is reaching its height just as the Final Four comes to town.
Gov. Mike Pence, a possible Republican presidential candidate, says that the law is meant to protect free exercise of religion. The Republican leaders of the Indiana Legislature said Monday that the law does not permit discrimination of any kind, and they pledged to work quickly on language to clarify it.
