We all should know, by now, what HAMILTON is.

It’s a totally successful Broadway show which made history with the number of Tony nominations and wins it has received.

Notice Mr. Donald’s reaction to the message delivered by the cast!

How petty, insignificant and unreal can he be?

Harassment? Apology? Why?

There was none of that!

Can’t VP-elec Pence defend himself …

Vice-president elect Mike Pence made a surprise visit to watch the award-winning Broadway show Hamilton at the Richard Rodgers Theatre Friday night, November 18, and received a loud chorus of boos from the audience as he made way to his seat.

At the conclusion of the show, cast members addressed Pence’s appearance – as a group locked in hand-to-hand – behind Brandon Victor Dixon who delivered the message noted above.

LIGHTER NOTE ON BATHROOMS BILL

I’ve posted plenty information about the seriouness of the “bathroom bills” that are popping all over this country.

People with common sense know that this is totally ridiculous and discriminatory.

Still the battles continue.

Let’s use some humor to dispell the bitter taste that remains in our minds, hearts and souls.

“Kinky Boots” is a movie about a shoe maker whose company went broke.

The only way the make the business feasible turned out to be making awesome boots for the drag queens.

It’s a good watch.

I just found out about that “Kinky Boots” has been created as a broadway show.

The cast and creative team of Broadway’s “Kinky Boots” puts a whimsical spin on the ongoing “bathroom bill” debate with a hilarious new music video. Released Friday, “Just Pee (Where You Wanna Pee)” shows the Tony-winning musical’s diverse cast — including stars Alan Mingo, Jr. and Andy Kelso — using a restroom at New York’s Al Hirschfeld Theatre together without incident.

The song itself is a parody of “Just Be,” which concludes the musical’s second act — albeit with revamped.

Harvey Fierstein and Cyndi Lauper are honored

Hollywood Chamber honored Tony winners Cyndi Lauper and Harvey Fierstein, the creators of the hit Broadway musical Kinky Boots, with the 2,577th and 2,578th stars, respectively, on the Hollywood Walk of Fame April 11.

Lauper’s star is dedicated in the category of Recording, and Fierstein’s is dedicated in the category of Live Performance at 6243 Hollywood Boulevard in front of the Pantages Theatre.

I'm originally from Puerto Rico. I was born in Santurce and raised in Rio Piedras. I currently live in Florida - since 1999. I have a doctorate degree in Medicine; completed in 1976. My Internal Medicine specialty was completed in 1979. Worked for Puerto Rico's health system until 1985. At this time, I'm happily retired after working for the federal government for almost 28yrs. I also worked for the government of Puerto Rico from 1979 through 1985 .... for a total of almost 40 years as a physician. I want to offer any knowledge that I have to anyone "out there" who is interested. My views are liberal in almost every sense. My knowledge is "eclectic" - a bit of everything. Music and reading are my passion. Blogging has also become a very interesting endeavor. Metaphysical topics attract me. I'm interested in news - reporting human issues like injustice, discrimination and abuse - the "wrongly" affected. My intention is to bring this knowledge to an understandable level and to help anyone in need. I'm open to questions and will answer them to the best of my ability. Currently working on an enterprise whose main mission will be to bring peoples of all walks of life together. To be one .... since we ALL are ONE!! The future looks bright and promising!!!
