This is all you need to know about Brett Kavanaugh, nominated to be the next Supreme Court Justice and father of two beautiful girls that refused to shake the hand of the father who lost his beautiful daughter in a mass school shooting last February in Florida!

This arrogant-piece of excrement who couldn’t even stretch his hand out in kindness and show some empathy for the man’s loss, being a father himself. Turned his back on the father and walked away from him.

Totally incapable of showing any empathy whatsoever!

In fact he had his daughters removed from the hearing so they didn’t hear the negative things about him. He protected his daughters while the other father couldn’t protect his from gunfire!

Sad! Pathetic! Unconscionable! Disgraceful!

Kavanaugh Told Security To Remove Father Of School Shooting Victim After Ignoring His Handshake

The White House tried to say that a security guard intervened, which stopped Kavanaugh from being able to shake the man’s hand, but video of the incident disproved that account.

Not only did Kavanaugh not shake Fred Guttenberg’s hand, but he is now telling CNN that Kavanaugh asked security to remove Guttenberg from the hearing, and they were able to identify him based on the bracelets he wears to commemorate his daughter.

Neil McGill Gorsuch (born August 29, 1967) is an American federal appellate judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

On February 1, 2017, Drumpf nominated Gorsuch to be an Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, to fill the seat left vacant after the death of Justice Antonin Scalia eleven months earlier.

Gorsuch is a proponent of textualism in statutory interpretation and originalism in interpreting the U.S. Constitution.

Gorsuch Says Marriage Equality “Absolutely Settled Law,” But Gets Indignant About LGBT Rights

Earlier on Tuesday, March 21, Senator Richard Durbin asked Gorsuch about his views on LGBT people, and President Trump’s nominee seemed annoyed about having to respond to the question.

“What about them?” he asked. “They’re people.”

When Durbin asked the nominee to give an example of a decision or statement he made that was favorable to LGBT people, Gorsuch declared that he feels all people are entitled to equal treatment under the law.

“Senator, I’ve tried to treat each case and each person as a person, not a ‘this kind of person,’ not a ‘that kind of person’ – a person,” Gorsuch replied.

“Equal justice under law is a radical promise in the history of mankind.”

Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch was grilled about LGBT rights during his confirmation hearings this week, and while the U.S. Circuit judge referred to same-sex marriage as “settled law,” he refused to share his own opinion on the matter.

I'm originally from Puerto Rico. I was born in Santurce and raised in Rio Piedras. I currently live in Florida - since 1999. I have a doctorate degree in Medicine; completed in 1976. My Internal Medicine specialty was completed in 1979. Worked for Puerto Rico's health system until 1985. At this time, I'm happily retired after working for the federal government for almost 28yrs. I also worked for the government of Puerto Rico from 1979 through 1985 .... for a total of almost 40 years as a physician.
