Drumpf’s Not a Hitler, More of a #Twitler

People see the Republo-Fascist cabinet that President Drumpf is assembling and say he’s the next Hitler. But they’re only half right; they’re giving him too much credit.

Trump is more of a #Twitler.

While he revels in evoking an iron hand to crush every critic through insipid tweets, Drumpf has no nationalistic fervor. It’s all narcissism without any drive to make the country stronger.

Lucky for us, he doesn’t have the IQ to go full-on Hitler. And he doesn’t have the restraint to maintain any momentum from his election. He just slides daily in the polls and my guess is he’ll go off script in many speeches and show the entire world just how much a buffoon he really is.

One by one, tens of millions of his supporters will reach the tipping point. And a lyric from the Talking Heads song “Once in a Lifetime” will echo through their minds:

“My God, what have I done?”

I want to promise that this will be the only reference today to this “man”.

I found this family photo and the information below yesterday.

I think it bears “scrutiny”.

What a family portrays says a lot about the individual.

To me, this is a “picture saying a thousand words”.

I know this photo has been floating around for several weeks, but I can’t let it go. It haunts my dreams. It haunts my waking moments. It mesmerizes me. I can’t turn away, coming back to it again and again. Let us count the ways the photo above is creepy, weird, bizarre, and ridiculous.

We can debate all day whether the decor is “gauche chic” or “petty dictator chic,” but really people, it’s both.

Donald is smiling, his son Barron is … sad and lonely way out there in the hinterlands, and Melania is working on her best Blue Steel. They are just like us!
Credit given where credit is due – they didn’t want anyone mistaking any glimmer of “love” in this family, and they succeeded!
I won’t lie, that gulf between parents and son breaks my heart.
Trump had no problem taking photos with his female daughter on his lap!
Little Barron is being prepped for the day he illegally hunts and kills big game.
Fun fact: That’s Chris Christie dressed up as a toy lion!
They have the kid play with toy limos. And guys, it’s important for everyone else to know that, so let’s get the toy limos into the shot!
Trump apparently carts that throne around everywhere he goes.
The über-rich even get their own micro breezes, targeting Melania’s dress and nothing else!

Someone get gold leaf on that living plant, STAT!

When Donald Trump mucks things up, the first person to let him know is usually Republican Party boss Reince Priebus. Almost every day, Trump picks up his cell phone to find Priebus on the line, urging him to quash some feud or clarify an incendiary remark.

The Wisconsin lawyer has been a dutiful sherpa to the Manhattan developer, guiding him through the dizzying altitude of the presidential race and lobbying the GOP to unite behind a figure who threatens its future.

Stonewall Inn becomes national monument nearly 50 years after riots

In 1960’s America, it was illegal to be homosexual.

Police raids on gay bars were common.

But on the night of June 28, 1969, gay residents of Greenwich Village decided they’d had enough, and took a stand at the Stonewall Inn.

They fought back against police.

The violence led to days of protests, ultimately igniting the gay rights movement.

It took 47 years, but the historic importance of what happened in the tiny Manhattan neighborhood has finally gotten federal recognition.

DISGUSTING!!

Who the hell is running this country?

They were elected by all of us. They “work” for us (supposedly).

Even though the meme mentions Republicans, I strongly believe that it also include the Democrats. This problem is seen in “both sides of the isle”, as I see it. Have they “worked” since 2008?

This is what they are doing …. not coming back to “work” until after the elections!! And they receive their full salary … and a “war” going on. What say you? Doesn’t matter what your political affiliations are …. this is sickening!!

I'm originally from Puerto Rico. I was born in Santurce and raised in Rio Piedras. I currently live in Florida - since 1999. I have a doctorate degree in Medicine; completed in 1976. My Internal Medicine specialty was completed in 1979. Worked for Puerto Rico's health system until 1985. At this time, I'm happily retired after working for the federal government for almost 28yrs. I also worked for the government of Puerto Rico from 1979 through 1985 .... for a total of almost 40 years as a physician. I want to offer any knowledge that I have to anyone "out there" who is interested. My views are liberal in almost every sense. My knowledge is "eclectic" - a bit of everything. Music and reading are my passion. Blogging has also become a very interesting endeavor. Metaphysical topics attract me. I'm interested in news - reporting human issues like injustice, discrimination and abuse - the "wrongly" affected. My intention is to bring this knowledge to an understandable level and to help anyone in need. I'm open to questions and will answer them to the best of my ability.
