We’re excited to share our new Song Around The World with you featuring musicians from the island of Jamaica to the islands of Hawaii and beyond.
The original idea for this Bob Marley Song Around The World was born back in 2013 when the PFC crew first visited the Congo.
Mark asked himself,
“How can we live in a world that allows people to live like this, with virtually no food, no money, and no hope?” The lyric, “Things are not the way they used to be … one and all got to face reality” came to mind as he looked out into the river of garbage running through the city.
“Natural Mystic always felt so deep in its groove and lyrics and it seemed as important and urgent as what I was seeing all around me,” says Mark.
We need to rise up and make the planet a better place right now for ourselves, our children, and all living things. “Just a Little Bit” written and performed by Paula Fuga was added as a medley to “Natural Mystic” to take the music from minor key to the major key – from the darkness to the light.

Prolific poet and writer Maya Angelou would’ve turned 90 on Wednesday, April 4, 2018.
To honor and celebrate the phenomenal woman who penned the powerful “Still I Rise,” Google has dedicated the day’s doodle on its search homepage to Angelou, who died in 2014 at age 86.
The doodle is accompanied by an animated reading of “Still I Rise,” featuring the voices of celebrities she influenced, including Oprah Winfrey, Alicia Keys, America Ferrera and Laverne Cox. Her only son, Guy Johnson, also lends his voice.
“Maya Angelou is not what she has done or written or spoken, it’s how she did it all,” Winfrey told Google.
“She moved through the world with unshakeable calm, confidence, and a fiery, fierce grace and abounding love.”
Wednesday also marks the 50th anniversary of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr., a friend of the author’s.
For more than 30 years, in lieu of celebrating her birthday, Angelou sent flowers to Coretta Scott King on April 4.
Maya Angelou (born Marguerite Annie Johnson; April 4, 1928 – May 28, 2014) was an American poet, singer, memoirist, and civil rights activist. She published seven autobiographies, three books of essays, several books of poetry and was credited with a list of plays, movies, and television shows spanning over 50 years.
She received dozens of awards and more than 50 honorary degrees.
Today’s #GoogleDoodle celebrates Dr. Maya Angelou’s 90th birthday! Set to her poem #StillIRise, the video Doodle includes her own voice along with the voices of other individuals whose lives she has inspired.
For a man so dependent on adulation, ego-stroking, affirmation from others, this was a realization that took almost eight months in the making.
If he had an sense of reality, real facts and connection to others, it wouldn’t have taken him this long to realize that there’s no place for him in this real world.
Sane people have higher standards and he doesn’t even meet the lowest of them. The bar has been lowered for him because he can’t even reach the lowest of the lowest in the ‘caste system’ of the United States.
Yep, he just discovered America!
(This is my last one on Drump and Olbermann today. I had to catch up!)
I feel this is important information about what is happening in the Republican Administration lead by Drumpf and what we need to be aware of. Keith Olbermann series called “The Resistance” continues. He has posted installment #122.
The video speaks for itself.
If this resonates with you, good.
If it doesn’t, just scroll away to the next blog.
Thank you!

Prince George’s official title and style is His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge.

Pentatonix’s Brand New Spin On John Lennon’s Classic
Putting Tears In Everyone’s Eyes
Everyone knows the John Lennon song, “Imagine” – but Pentatonix puts their own spin on it with a powerful message that everyone can take to heart! Their voices, coupled with the moving lyrics first penned by Lennon in May 1971, come together to make a rendition of the song that everyone should hear at least once in their life!
Lennon’ inspiration for “Imagine” came about when he tried to envision a world with only peace, and without the division among all people.
The song was released later that year in October, and it was an instant hit.
Since it’s release, “Imagine” has been covered by countless artists and groups hoping to share the same message of inclusion and love.
Such is the case with Pentatonix’s chilling version!

Outgoing U.S. President Barack Obama commuted Lopez’ sentence, which will expire on May 17, according to a list of commutations announced by the White House.
Celebrations started almost immediately, while Clarissa López, daughter of López, will held a press conference in reaction to his release at the Roberto Clemente Coliseum in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
When he wasn’t blocking people on Twitter or defending himself for talking to Taiwan on the phone, President-elect Donald Trump took time out of his schedule last week to retweet a 16-year-old who went on a rant about alleged, but completely unproven voter fraud.
That was the impetus for SNL’s cold open on Saturday when, after RTing the 16-year-old who was tweeting from his high school classroom, Trump, played by Alec Baldwin, looked at the camera and said,
“I really did retweet him. Seriously. This is true.”
Said senior adviser Kellyanne Conway, played by Kate McKinnon, while also looking into the camera,
“He really did do this.”
And SNL was there to explore what might have happened next.
