To start the day … “World Group Hug”!!

We have adopted the idea of a “group hug” in our house. All the grand-kids know what this means. It’s so rewarding to yell out “group hug” and see them coming together with us and hugging very tightly and kissing over and over again. 

Could we think about the “ripple effect” and extend this action outward?

Slowly to each member of the family, our community, our state, our country and as a grand measure of success, the world?

We won’t know until we try.

Come on …. “GROUP HUG”!!

To start the day …. a touching school activity!!

These are two of my grand-kids.

The girl is Angelika, 9 years old; the boy is her younger brother, Connor, 6 years old.

This morning they had an activity at their school. They go to a Christian school and learn plenty about how to life a good life.

It was good to see this in person. Their stage in life is where they are still being formed … physically, mentally and spiritually. 

It was comforting and reassuring to see that. 

The event ended with the following song …. one that I’ve always liked.
