Randy Rainbow Interviews Betsy DeVos

‘Are You a Little High Right Now?’

“Laughter is the best medicine.”

Thanks for keeping us kinda sane with these videos during this endless fuckery that Drumpf’s presidency is.

This video says it all.

Satirist Randy Rainbow is at it again with his “interview” of Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, who in a recent 60 Minutes interview, proved she knows very little about her job, except for the damage she’s done, like rescinding protections for transgender students, rolling back campus sexual assault guidelines, and slashing guidelines for disabled students.

In a 60 Minutes-esque profile, Rainbow says,

“The wealthiest member of Donald Trump’s cabinet, Betsy DeVos looks like a Macy’s Thanksgiving Day balloon of Helen Mirren and thinks the #MeToo movement is absolutely adorable.”

“When she’s not busy decoupaging or defunding public education she can be found at local elementary schools interviewing potential secretaries of state,” Rainbow continues.

Watch Rainbow skewer DeVos below.

Randy Rainbow … right off the presses!!

To start the day ….. “DWTS Dance Center”!!

~~May 6, 2016~~

A couple of years ago, Dancing with the Stars tried to inject a little comedy into the dancing competition reality TV show. It created a small set to resemble a sports desk. At the desk sat retired football player Jerry Rice (former DWTS competitor), ESPN journalist and funnyman Kenny Mayne, and DWTS judge Len Goodman. At “Dance Center” they reviewed and delivered light-hearted commentary about the performances of the evening.

Now the funny trio is reuniting on DWTS. The show is reviving “Dance Center” for a special appearance on May 5, 8pm on ABC. It will be Rice’s second appearance on DWTS in the past month. He came back to dance at the 10th anniversary show.

Rumor has it Goodman will soon retire. Is DWTS testing Rice out for Len’s real judging chair? He’d be the first non-professional dancer in a judge’s seat, but Rice did well on the show and is enormously popular with DWTS fans. Rice has said DWTS changed his life.

Will it change it again?

“Big Bang” Thursday …..

~~April 18, 2014~~

The Big Bang Theory is an American sitcom created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, both of whom serve as executive producers on the show along with Steven Molaro. All three also serve as head writers. It premiered on CBS on September 24, 2007.  The seventh season premiered on September 26, 2013.

The show is primarily centered on five characters living in Pasadena, California: roommates Leonard Hofstadter and Sheldon Cooper, both physicists; Penny, a waitress and aspiring actress who lives across the hall; and Leonard and Sheldon’s equally geeky and socially awkward friends and co-workers, mechanical engineer Howard Wolowitz and astrophysicist Raj Koothrappali.

The geekiness and intellect of the four guys is contrasted for comic effect with Penny’s social skills and common sense.

Over time, supporting characters have been promoted to starring roles: Leslie Winkle, a physicist colleague at Caltech and, at different times, a lover of both Leonard and Howard; Bernadette Rostenkowski, Howard’s girlfriend (later his wife), a microbiologist and former part-time waitress alongside Penny; neuroscientist Amy Farrah Fowler, who joins the group after being matched to Sheldon on a dating website (and later becomes Sheldon’s girlfriend), and Stuart Bloom, the cash-strapped owner of the comic book store the characters often visit.

In February 2014, CBS CEO Les Moonves confirmed an eighth season, when announcing the first half of the new season would air on a different night, due to CBS acquiring the rights to Thursday Night Football games.

The show will return to its Thursday slot it has held for the past few seasons once the football games end.

In March 2014, CBS once again renewed the show for three additional years, through the 2016–17 television season.
