I missed watching the royal wedding in real time. I managed to watch parts of it. I saw the Queen arrive, I saw Meghan and Doria arrive. I saw the ceremony, the choir (Stand By Me), the viola player.
My personal tradition has been to get up early and watch every bit of it.
On Monday 27 November 2017 The Prince of Wales announced the engagement of his son Prince Harry to Ms. Meghan Markle.
The wedding took place at St George’s Chapel, Windsor on Saturday 19 May.
The service began at St. George’s Chapel at midday and was conducted by the Dean of Windsor, The Rt Revd. David Conner. The Most Revd. and Rt Hon. Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury, officiated as the couple made their marriage vows.
The complicit first daughter and her shady husband are partying in Jerusalem while Palestinian people are being slaughtered
The juxtaposition of images of dead and wounded Palestinians and Ivanka Drumpf smiling in Jerusalem like a Zionist Marie Antoinette tell us a lot about America’s relationship to Israel right now
I can’t wrap my mind around this.
There’s no worse blind person than one blind person who doesn’t want to see.
I can only see misery, self defense, preservation from the Palestinians and total disregard from the state of Israel. Israel has military grade weapons, has been encroaching in Palestine land, suffocating the Palestine nations in ways that I can only imagine.
In the meantime, the Drumpfs, the Netanyahus, the powerful, hawkish Jews and Zionist evangelicals take advantage of the lack of morals, values, policies and strategy of the
Opinion Columnist May 14, 2018
On Monday, May 14, Ivanka Drumpf, Jared Kushner and other leading lights of the Trumpist right gathered in Israel to celebrate the relocation of the American Embassy to Jerusalem, a gesture widely seen as a slap in the face to Palestinians who envision East Jerusalem as their future capital.
The event was grotesque
It was a consummation of the cynical alliance between hawkish Jews and Zionist evangelicals who believe that the return of Jews to Israel will usher in the apocalypse and the return of Christ, after which Jews who don’t convert will burn forever.
This spectacle, geared toward Drumpf’s Christian American base, coincided with a massacre about 40 miles away. Since March 30, there have been mass protests at the fence separating Gaza and Israel.
Gazans, facing an escalating humanitarian crisis due in large part to an Israeli blockade, are demanding the right to return to homes in Israel that their families were forced from at Israel’s founding.
TALK ABOUT DAVID AND GOLIATH
The demonstrators have been mostly but not entirely peaceful; Gazans have thrown rocks at Israeli soldiers and tried to fly flaming kites into Israel.
The Israeli military has responded with live gunfire as well as rubber bullets and tear gas. In clashes on Monday, at least 58 Palestinians were killed and thousands wounded, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.

Congress Prevents Government From Shutting Down on Trump’s 100th Day
As of Friday, April 28, the only piece of legislation passed by the current Congress was to avoid a government shutdown by approving a one-week spending measure.
How’s that for competence, skill, aptitude, proficiency and effectiveness?
(the only piece of legislation passed in 100 days)
Averting a political embarrassment ahead of Drumpf’s 100th day in office, Congress on Friday, April 29, approved a one-week spending measure that avoids a government shutdown, providing lawmakers with extra time to finish negotiations on a long-term spending package.

I feel this is important information about what is happening in the Republican Administration lead by Drumpf and what we need to be aware of.
Keith Olbermann series called “The Resistance” continues.
Drumpf, on Friday – April 29 – touted the accomplishments of his first 100 days in office, calling his administration one of the “most successful” in history.
“My fellow Americans, I truly believe that the first 100 days of my administration has been just about the most successful in our country’s history,” Drumpf said during his weekly address. “Our country is going up, and it’s going up fast.”
Drumpf’s comments echoed those he made earlier Friday at the White House, saying, “It’s a false standard, 100 days, but I have to tell you, I don’t think anybody has done what we’ve been able to do in 100 days.”
Drumpf has seen historically low approval ratings in the early days of his administration and faced several setbacks on his agenda.

Unfortunately, the ‘so-called president‘ seems to have missed some of the truth.
Just as “overrated” actress Meryl Streep received a standing ovation at the Oscars, the Times has reported increased subscriptions and is not, actually failing.
President-elect Donald J. Trump, expressing lingering skepticism about intelligence assessments of Russian interference in the election, said on Saturday evening, December 31, that he knew “things that other people don’t know” about the hacking, and the information would be revealed “on Tuesday or Wednesday.”
“I know a lot about hacking. And hacking is a very hard thing to prove. So it could be somebody else. And I also know things that other people don’t know, and so they cannot be sure of the situation.”
When asked what he knew that others did not, Mr. Trump demurred, saying only, “You’ll find out on Tuesday or Wednesday.”
Mr. Trump, who does not use email, also advised people to avoid computers when dealing with delicate material.
“It’s very important, if you have something really important, write it out and have it delivered by courier, the old-fashioned way, because I’ll tell you what, no computer is safe,” Mr. Trump said.
“I don’t care what they say, no computer is safe,” he added. “I have a boy who’s 10 years old; he can do anything with a computer. You want something to really go without detection, write it out and have it sent by courier.”
Baseball caps have been a fad in pop culture for a long time.
The red baseball cap gained new popularity when it became the standard bearer for
“Make America Great Again“.
Plenty people have either bought them (I’m kinda skeptical that they were simply given away) as a symbol of the candidate they had chosen for the Presidential Elections 2016.
Crooked Donald
There’s a new one!
‘Lost $916 Million‘
Hence the reluctance to release the tax returns as has been the usual procedure for the last 40 years.
Donald Trump Tax Returns Reportedly Show $916 Million Loss in 1995
Donald Trump’s income tax returns from 1995 reportedly show he declared a $916 million loss, according to the New York Times, which said it received three pages from Trump’s filings that year.
The Times posted three pages it said were from Trump’s New York, New Jersey and Connecticut state income tax filings from 1995, all of which declared a loss of $915,729,293.
The documents came to the newspaper by mail, with a New York City postmark, the Times reported.
The paper said the legitimacy of the documents was confirmed by Jack Mitnick, a lawyer and certified public accountant who handled Trump’s tax affairs until 1996 and who was listed as the preparer on the New Jersey tax form.
“There it is,” said campaign manager Robby Mook.
“This bombshell report reveals the colossal nature of Donald Trump’s past business failures and just how long he may have avoided paying any federal income taxes whatsoever.
In one year, Donald Trump lost nearly a billion dollars. A billion.
He stiffed small businesses, laid off workers, and walked away from hardworking communities.
And how did it work out for him?
He apparently got to avoid paying taxes for nearly two decades – while tens of millions of working families paid theirs.
