PUERTO RICO FROM THE AIR

I found this page browsing through Facebook.

The accompanying video was presented as a thank you and recognition for continued visits and views to their page.

I can not begin to say how proud this makes me!

I feel nostalgic for my country.

I haven’t been back for a few years.

I go back home through the awesome videos this page.

I even see places that I have never been to or even knew that existed in my own country.

This is an amazing job that the ones presenting and administering this page ad their own website are doing.

It means a lot to those of us who are away from home.

My country is so beautiful.

It’s the “Pearl of the Caribbean” (“Perla Del Caribe”).

It doesn’t matter the hardships that it’s going through now. The spirit of the people is still there.

Their kindness, their knowledge, their love .. they are all there.

I’m so proud to be a Puerto Rican!!

We go through cycles in life, 

There’s a purpose and a lesson in each one. 

The passage of time continues unstoppable. 

There’s no escaping this reality, no escaping our reality.

The past is done, the past was a teacher. 

I learned … hopefully. 

Every new day, I look forward, 

to what is headed my way. 

Every new day a new beginning, every day brings hope, 

That all will be better.

That we can start anew, 

another chance at getting it right!

I can be nostalgic about the past but I am armed for the future.
