Alex Boyé is an artist that I’ve followed since I first heard him perform with The Piano Guys in Peponi. His voice and talent as superb. His style definitely changes every song that he covers.
This version is the perfect example.
Who would have thought combining “Hello” and “Star Wars“?

Recording artist Alex Boyé has released an “African tribal cover” of Adele’s latest hit “Hello,” which he performs while dressed like a storm-trooper from Star Wars.
It is the musician’s way of paying tribute to two of the most popular topics on the Internet: Adele’s new album 25 and Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the latest film in the popular fantasy franchise, which opened in theaters Dec. 18.
As the London-born singer sums up his music
“I take pop songs and Africanize them.”
Other hits that he has covered in the past include: Psy’s “Gangnam Style,” Idina Menzel’s “Let It Go” from the Disney movieFrozen, and “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson, featuring Bruno Mars.
