Harvey Weinstein is certainly not the first powerful man publicly and credibly accused of sexually harassing or abusing women in recent years.
Since 2015, the Fox News chairman Roger Ailes, the Fox News prime-time host Bill O’Reilly and the comedian and actor Bill Cosby have suffered professional, financial or reputational setbacks after numerous women told stories of their sexual misconduct.
Those stories dominated news cycles, to be sure, but the outcry accompanying Mr. Weinstein’s downfall seems louder and more impassioned – perhaps because Mr. Weinstein’s accusers include stars like Ashley Judd, Angelina Jolie and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Drumpf, an American businessman and current ‘so-called’ President of the United States, has been accused of sexual assault and sexual harassment by at least fifteen women since the 1980’s.
Those accusations resulted in the following widely-reported litigation: his then-wife Ivana made a rape claim during their 1989 divorce litigation but later recanted that claim; businesswoman Jill Harth sued Drumpf in 1997 alleging breach of contract and nonviolent sexual harassment and the latter suit was withdrawn when the former was settled and, in 2017, former Apprentice contestant Summer Zervos filed a defamation lawsuit after Drumpf called her a liar.
Aside from litigation, Drumpf has also been publicly accused of non-consensual kissing or groping by at least twelve more women, which he has denied.

The gall … yet, I wasn’t surprised. This sorry excuse of a sub-human, so called president will say anything and do anything.
There’s no redeeming value in the empty shell of a ‘man’. He’s empty and incapable of compassion, empathy and honor.
You can mess with the USA but you don’t mess with my country, Puerto Rico.
I will call you on it every time I see how you lie and how you have treated the 3.4+ millions of American citizens who live in ‘your colony’ just because they are ‘brown people’.
I don’t have to be a genius to see it.
My intelligence quotient is much higher than yours!!

The undying spirit against adversity. My heart and soul have been aching since Hurricane María battered my country. The days after have been sadder as images come out of the utter devastation of a beautiful Caribbean Island.
The Puerto Rican spirit is battered but not broken after Maria.
“I would much rather be writing a song than jumping up and down and making noise.” Miranda said. He continued,
“And if the government’s response were commensurate with the people’s spirit and compassion we’d be on the road to recovery and ending this crisis so much faster.”

Lin-Manuel Miranda, the genius behind the musical “Hamilton,” has teamed up with Latin singers to create a touching song for Hurricane relief in Puerto Rico.
The Tony Award winner, 37, created “Almost Like Praying” in response to the severe need to relief in Puerto Rico, after islanders were left without running water, generators, food or electricity.
Miranda assembled an all-star cast of artists, including Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Camila Cabello, Gloria Estefan, Rita Moreno, among others.
Proceeds of the track titled, “Almost Like Praying,” will go to the Hispanic Federation’s Hurricane Relief Fund, which is also working with New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio to help bring supplies to Puerto Rico.
The municipalities of Puerto Rico number seventy-eight incorporated towns and cities. Each municipality is led by a mayor and divided into barrios, though the latter are not vested with any political authority.
Every municipality is governed by the Autonomous Municipalities Act of 1991 which establishes that every municipality must have a strong mayor with a municipal legislature.

Every town in Puerto Rico is mentioned in this song.
The mastery of combining these names with the undertone of West Side Story’s María isn’t lost on any Puerto Rican.

Johns Creek nine-year-old Angelica Hale surprised the audience on night two with a super mature voice for her age
Angelica Hale was the “girl on fire” when she performed Tuesday night, July 18, on America’s Got Talent.
The nine-year-old, who hails from Atlanta, Georgia, blew away the judges with her powerful performance of “Girl on Fire,” Alicia Keys’ hit from 2012.
Having delivered a flawless rendition of Andra Day’s “Rise Up” earlier in the season, Hale admitted she was nervous but excited. Though it didn’t show as her rousing performance had the crowd on its feet.
Her back story: when she was four years old, she lost her kidney function after double pneumonia. Fortunately, her mom provided her daughter a kidney and she has thrived.

I’ve been re-discovering the history of my country, Puerto Rico. As I’m going through that process, I’ve thought about other countries which could have experienced similar events as a result of the endless desire of the United States to be a global empire.
My gut was correct!
One of the countries whose history I want to review and research is Hawaii. I found this interesting video that explains concisely some of the information that I’ve been searching for.
Always remember, there’s truth in yest!
I worked on the Puerto Rico video; here’s the Hawaii one mentioned by the creators.
~Hola amigos, here is our latest Honest Government Ad~
After the Visit Hawai’ i video, SO many Boricuas asked us to make one about the current situation in Puerto Rico; I’ve never received so many requests for a video – so we just had to do it!
I was fortunate to be able to chat and consult with a dozen of them over the past month, men and women of various ages … and whilst they had different views on statehood vs independence, they all agreed on one thing:
that Puerto Rico is a US colony.
That’s why I decided to focus on this (rather than weigh in on the subject of political status, which is for Boricuas to decide).
Drumpf’s Bizarre Late-Night Tweet Might Have Just Broken The Internet
Drumpf has been extremely active on Twitter since he returned home from his first international trip as the ‘so called’ President of the United States, but at midnight he unleashed what could only be considered an absolute brain-fart of a tweet.
The vague, incomprehensible message looks more like something that would be tweeted after a big night out and it’s still unclear what the ‘so -called‘ President was even tweeting about.
Predictive text changes ‘covfefe’ to ‘coffee,’ however, one can only assume that Drumpf was most likely tweeting about press ‘coverage’.
Even then, one can only assume what he was actually referring to.
