AMERICA HAS SPOKEN 

There have been plenty of experts, at the end of these initial months of this irregular presidency who have come out and expressed that this ‘so-called president’ suffers from some sort of unbalance – i.e. mental deficiency.

There’s no need for experts! 

Anyone who is basically sane, and didn’t drink the Kool-Aid, knew this the moment he slid down that golden escalator, declared his intention to run for president and started his tirade … initially against Mexicans … and it hasn’t stopped since.

Come on, be true to yourself, in the privacy of your mind, no need to say the words YET. 

There’s something askew with ‘the man’. He’s not right.

He’s UNSTABLE!

Nearly 15 years after a post 9/11 landscape inspired them to write the original , The Black Eyed Peas have re-imagined their most beloved single at what feels like another critical moment.

Its message hasn’t changed: with a lush but minimalist arrangement, this star-studded update is a timely reminder that love transcends hate.

Thirteen years after the original, the Black Eyed Peas call for peace, love, and unity once again with the re-imagined all-star version of their 2003 Elephunk single,

“Where’s the Love?”

Of course, the 2016 edition features BEP stars will.i.am, Fergie, apl.de.ap, and Taboo, but it also includes their famous friends such as Diddy, Cassie, Mary J. Blige, Jamie Foxx, Nicole Scherzinger, The Game, Snoop Dogg, Jessie J, Andra Day, Tori Kelly, Ty Dolla $ign, Usher, DJ Khaled, Jhené Aiko (and her daughter), Wiz Khalifa, LL Cool J, Usher, and Justin Timberlake, who appeared on the original as well.

The powerful black-and-white video stars the aforementioned artists, plus Kendall Jenner, Rosario Dawson, Alton Sterling’s aunt, Philando Castile’s mother, religious leaders, police offers, and a 40-member children’s choir.

“Overseas, yeah, they’re tryna stop terrorism / Over here, on the streets, the police shoot the people, put the bullets in ’em,” raps Diddy, while Khaled proclaims, “Love is the key!”

Inspired by recent tragedies, the Peas decided it was time to revive the track for a new generation.

“Millennials are powerful,” said will. “I don’t think they realize just how powerful they are. I hope this song inspires the millennials to go all out, scream from the tallest mountain, care like your freedom depends on it.

Pay attention like that is at risk.”

All proceeds from the sale of the song in the U.S. will be donated to will.i.am’s non-profit foundation, i.am.angel.

India’s First Lesbian Ad Goes Viral

India’s first ad featuring a lesbian couple and it is just beautiful

It’s simple, it’s tasteful, it’s touching.

Indeed, just beautiful.

It simply shows the emotion that is love.

~THE VISIT~

Homosexuality has been a taboo subject in India for as long as one can recall. But slowly, that has been changing. Despite the legality of such a sexual orientation, people are feigning no qualms about portraying it in art.

This ad from Anouk Ethnic Apparel’s ‘Bold Is Beautiful‘ campaign shows a lesbian couple getting ready to meet the parents of one of them. It explores the idea of coming out of the closet and the simple emotion that is love.

The first Indian advertisement to feature a lesbian couple has gone viral, the Times of India reports, and its creators hope that it will have a positive influence on the way homosexuality is viewed a socially conservative country where it is still against the law.

The online video shows two women in a live-in relationship flirting and dressing up for the day, chatting about the expectations they face and their love for each other.

The commercial, created for the clothing brand Anouk Ethnic apparel, is entitled The Visit and shows a lesbian couple preparing to meet their parents. It has already topped three million views across various forms of social media.
This ad, is definitely worth a watch.
