The Moon is in the Waning Crescent phase and is approximately 31% illuminated. Our moon went Void Of Course at 07.25 this morning and will move into courageous Aries at 17.01 this afternoon ( BST).

Our work during the Waning Crescent phase opens a window of opportunity for seeing your life objectively and becoming aware of what is important to you. At this point, what are your dreams and aspirations? What larger goals can you aspire to that will bring vitality and excitement into your life?

This is also a time for resting and gaining inner strength to prepare for a new cycle.

During this phase we tend to withdraw a little, go inward, think more, feel heightened or more fearful emotions, In this stage we recognize but fight our behaviors or addictions and we may also recognize anything misaligned with our vibration, including situations and people.

Under the Void moon we may feel a little lost and disorientated. We often feel a great need to clean or declutter making way for the change in the incoming energy of the Moon when she transits into the next sign. Some of us just want to rest and take things easy, if we listen to our bodies now, they will lead the way. VOC Moon periods are perfect times in which to detoxify in some way and break stubborn habits.We can more easily release old thought patterns under a Void moon, sit back and listen, our inner world beckons.

When the courageous Moon in Aries marches on the scene this afternoon. Forget all that mushy emotional sensitivity – action is where it’s at! We are anxious to get started We are feeling restrained and not liking it one bit. I’d encourage you to channel your restless energy or frustration toward a worthy target.

For example this is a great energy for breaking the ties with past habits, routines or people that keep you in a rut. It doesn’t matter how long you have danced to the monotonous tune, you can consciously make new choices. We sometimes have an unconscious need or commitment to uphold a pattern. Even something as simple as ‘I’m unlucky; my whole family is unlucky.’ Now is the time to divest yourself of these negative or unproductive thoughts and promises. You are the decision maker!
