“IOTD is image of the day, it’s a concept I came up with. I teach visual meditative therapy – or in easy terms – a mini mental holiday. For some people it is very difficult for them to get their image right. I post an image a day for people to use in their mini mental vacay. Like I said some are serious, some are silly, and some are just beautiful! So far a lot of people l have enjoyed this when I’ve done it on http://www.Happier.com

To start the day ….. the duality of it all!

As I look upon life and within myself I see two different realities.

One is where everything is affected by the actions and choices of others and the other reality I see is where I am the creator and so nothing is affected but everything is connected wholehearted and lovingly by a vibrant and energetic core that I know emanates from a center where everything is possible because of the creative.

It’s an all powerful force I have within me.

This force radiates stronger and stronger from a place of Unconditional Love where All I see is Joy and Beauty unfolding and all I feel is Peace and Bliss on every level.

Everything is AS IS and I am the “I AM”.

I SEE ONE HEART!

ONE LOVE! ONE LIFE!  

Lets LIVE as ONE and LOVE as ONE so we can BE ONE!

~~Getting technical~~

As hinted at by the word “dual” within it, duality refers to having two parts, often with opposite meanings, like the duality of good and evil.

If there are two sides to a coin, metaphorically speaking, there’s a duality.

Peace and war, love and hate, up and down, and black and white are dualities. Another term for a duality is a dichotomy.

Duality has technical meanings in geometry and physics. In geometry, duality refers to how points and planes have interchangeable roles in projective geometry.

In physics, duality is the property of matter and electromagnetic radiation to be understood best through wave theory or particle theory.
