yes, those few small words can cut deep.. And I know from personal experience of a Nervious Breakdown when someone told me to ‘Pull myself together’ If I could I would have!..

It was back in the 90’s Horty.. I have come close to feeling those symptoms knowing the signs… and learnt to de-stress.. Love and Hugs
