Puerto Rico: Vulture Funds Demand Harsh Austerity Measures
30 July 2015

It may be time for activism, protests etc. I really believe most Americans are clueless about what is happening in Puerto Rico. It is an example, of something being out of sight, then out of mind. How often do you read or see anything on the news about your beautiful country? If it were not for you, I wouldn’t know anything..

Activism, protests, marches …. All were tried in the 30-40’s. Squashed by the gov. Initially American envoys & one PR, 1st elected governor by PRs. Status quo since my early childhood to now. There’s a wonderful, new book .. “War Against All Puerto Ricans”, by Nelson A. Denis. Have read it twice. Excellent … what to do know? I know not … may be too late? Who knows. Usually if you brake something, you pay for it. So far, no one is paying … but the people. Sad … beyond sad.

Indeed, my dear friend, indeed. And PR is a possession of the U.S. They are just letting it slowly sink … Reminds me of a line from a West Side Story song …. Let it sink back in the ocean.
