I was a nurse once. I haven’t been able to work for over 20 years. I picked up 2 infections, one bacterial and one viral together. The hospital refused to acknowledge my illness and wouldn’t treat me. I developed CFS/ME as a result. There was no such thing as effective isolation techniques as both were highly infectious. Hospitals are a hotspot of infections and hospital managements need to do more to protect their staff. They obviously haven’t learnt much since. 😒

I agree …. they haven’t learned. Sorry for what happened to you. Sad to see its this way …. seems we are going back rather than forward.
