Dolce & Gabbana have not heard the last of LGBTI global community wrath.  Activists in the United Kingdom are calling for a London Boycott D&G picket which will be held at their Old Bond Street store.

The Out and Proud Diamond Group, a global group which helps LGBTI asylum seekers and the Peter Tatchell Foundation are supporting the international boycott of Dolce and Gabbana and holding a protest outside their flagship London store, 6-8 Old Bond Street, London W1S 4PH, this Thursday 19 March from 1-2pm.

According to several activists in the UK, the billionaire designers are pandering to the Vatican and the far right, while aligning themselves with anti-gay, anti-same-sex relationship homophobia, which hurts LGBTI people and same-sex families around the world.

I'm originally from Puerto Rico. I was born in Santurce and raised in Rio Piedras. Have lived in Florida since 1999. I have a doctorate degree in Medicine; completed in 1976. My Internal Medicine specialty was completed in 1979. Worked for Puerto Rico's health system until 1985. At this time, I'm happily retired after working for the federal government for almost 28yrs.   1. I am utterly disgusted at Dolce & Gabbana. I’m afraid the ‘karmic wheel’ will spin heavily for them on this one, Horty! I read that Elton John is protesting against D&C as well. Huge life lessons for D&C! Cher xo

      • I didn’t know that until I read the post! “Turncoats” indeed. Something seems so incredibly bizarre about their ridiculous comments, doesn’t it, Horty? I can honestly say I will never buy a D&C product again. Whatever happened to, “To thyne own self be true?”
