We have come a long way … “To put it simply … until Puerto Rico gets the U.S. off its back, we must keep writing books, and reading them, and sharing information … because knowledge is power.”

In Ponce, under the guidance of Prof. Elia M. Vega, the students of Universidad Interamericana have discovered the book War Against All Puerto Ricans: both in English and Spanish.

If Public Law 53 still existed, these students (and myself) would all be in jail, for “seditious conspiracy against the United States.”
We have come a long way from Public Law 53.
But we still have a long way to go.
To put it simply…until Puerto Rico gets the U.S. off its back, we must keep writing books, and reading them, and sharing information…because knowledge is power.
