A DISGUSTING BOND

(IMHO)

I’ve been following the events of the genocide against the Palestinian people since Israel started their bomboing, displacement, destruction, deadly shelling and attacks. I must confess that theres’s a lot I didn’t know.

I have taken it upon myself to learn … Lara has been one of many that I started following.

This video explores some of the basic issues on this current situation which is affecting the whole world! I don’t need to explain anything … she does!!!

Lara Elborno is a Palestinian-American international lawyer and activist based in Paris though her family originally hails from Gaza and Yaffa.

She dedicates a large part of her legal practice to human rights work including accompanying asylum seekers in asylum proceedings before French jurisdictions. She is also co-host to a weekly English-language podcast called the Palestine Pod which aims to support the Palestinian struggle for liberation against Israeli settler-colonialism and apartheid.

I'm originally from Puerto Rico. I was born in Santurce and raised in Rio Piedras. Have lived in Florida since 1999. I have a doctorate degree in Medicine; completed in 1976. My Internal Medicine specialty was completed in 1979. Worked for Puerto Rico's health system until 1985. At this time, I'm happily retired after working for the federal government for almost 28yrs.
