Here’s to you!
You know, it’s always irked me … ‘black president’.
Doesn’t anyone remember that this man’s mother was a white American woman?
To me that makes his half white … a mulatto.
And a reader just mentioned a bit of Irish.
What a combination!
I’m not intending to take any pride away from the African American community.
It’s a fact … he’s half white.
Anyway, thank you, President Obama!
I’m sure, taking into account all that you have faced, coming from every angle that I can only begin to imagine, that you have done the best that you could.
You have given your all!
I do thank you for giving this country the most wonderful First Lady in a long time.

A bit better…… but still terribly anxious….. I even had a nightmare of Donald Trump as President…. I’m not kidding… I dreamt about him, and for some reason, I deemed it a nightmare because I suddenly woke up terrified and out of breath.
