PEACEFUL ASSEMBLY

This is terrifying and totally goes against the Constitution which so many politicians ascribe to.

For example:

‘an array of anti-protesting laws that center on stiffening penalties for demonstrators who block traffic; in North Dakota, conservatives are even pushing a bill that would allow motorists to run over and kill protesters so long as the collision was accidental.’

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE & UNPRECEDENTED!

THE CUP RUNNETH OVER

I don’t profess to be an expert on politics.

I’m a common folk human being who has a strong sense of what is right and what is wrong.

There’s no secret I’m not a Trump fan.

My real feelings about him shouldn’t be written here.

As days have gone by, they become more and more negative.

I wanted to point this incident out because of the fact that it really infuriated and scared me.

I believe there should be a certain degree of decorum in human activity whatever that may be.

This man, in my eyes, continues to sink to the lowest of the low.

The FBI, the Secret Service and the political campaigns are aware of this.

I hope that something is done.

Then again, he may slither away from this one, like the snake he is.

Anyone who cares about their country, anyone who cares about basic decency will stand up against what Donald Trump suggested today with respect to the 2nd amendment.

He and his surrogates will try to say it was a joke or that he was referring to “get out the vote” efforts.

No thinking person believes that to be true. He was stirring the pot, he was trying to distract from his obvious political shortcomings, he was trying to stir up his base.

Gabby Giffords knows the consequences of inciting violence, we can’t afford to have a President who thinks its ok to say what Donald Trump said today.

Donald Trump said that if Hillary Clinton becomes president and appoints Supreme Court judges who would seek to erode gun rights, “Second Amendment people” may be able to stop them.

I'm originally from Puerto Rico. I was born in Santurce and raised in Rio Piedras. I currently live in Florida - since 1999. I have a doctorate degree in Medicine; completed in 1976. My Internal Medicine specialty was completed in 1979. Worked for Puerto Rico's health system until 1985. At this time, I'm happily retired after working for the federal government for almost 28yrs. I also worked for the government of Puerto Rico from 1979 through 1985 .... for a total of almost 40 years as a physician. I want to offer any knowledge that I have to anyone "out there" who is interested. My views are liberal in almost every sense. My knowledge is "eclectic" - a bit of everything.
