~~Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper release ‘I’ll Never Love Again’ music video~~
“I’ll Never Love Again” was one of the numbers they most wanted to keep in check until audiences had a chance to experience it in theaters.
The song appears in the last scene of the movie, and without giving too much away for those who have yet to see it, it is performed in two different interlocking settings, both by Cooper and Gaga together at a piano and by Gaga alone on stage.
Cooper and Gaga famously sang all of their parts live during the making of the film, something Cooper insisted on, and “I’ll Never Love Again” is no exception.

To say that I’m an ardent fan of Mamma Mia isn’t enough.
First of all I love ABBA. They were one of the musical groups of my time. I ‘grew up’ listening to their music.
Time went by and the first movie came along. I couldn’t have enough of it. I’ve lost count of how many times I went to the theater to watch it. I even went to the ‘sing-a-long’ version.
Then the DVD came out and, of course, I ordered it.
Meryl Streep impressed me. So did the other members of the cast.
Hence, I’m looking forward to this sequel which comes out this Friday.
Sad to say Meryl won’t be in it, except when ‘traveling to the past’. However, this has been made up by adding Cher, in my humble opinion.
Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again is a 2018 musical romantic comedy film directed and written by Ol Parker, from a story by Parker, Catherine Johnson, and Richard Curtis. It is a follow-up to the 2008 film Mamma Mia!, which is based on the musical of the same name.
The film stars Lily James, Amanda Seyfried, Christine Baranski, Julie Walters, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, Stellan Skarsgård, Dominic Cooper, Cher, and Meryl Streep.
Both a prequel and a sequel, the plot is set after the events of the first film but also features flashbacks to 1979 to tell the story of how Donna came to be on the island of Kalokairi and trying to figure out who fathered her daughter, Sophie.

That Céline Dion, the queen of lung-busting power ballads, has delivered a My Heart Will Go On for the 21st century is not surprising
The movie soundtrack it’s on may raise an eyebrow or two, though: Deadpool 2.
Yep, you read that right.
“In my career, I have been offered incredible songs and projects,” Dion, 50, wrote in a French-language tweet Thursday.
“Ashes is one of those songs, and Deadpool 2 is out of the ordinary! Prepare to live breathtaking moments with @deadpoolmovie indoors on May 18 …
You’ll die laughing!”
The performance video for Ashes, filmed on an empty stage at what looks like her Vegas residency venue, boasts all the dramatic, drag-queen worthy hand gestures you’d expect from Dion, who’s outfitted in a flowing power-blue gown and backed up by a dancer in full Deadpool regalia and dance shoes.
Deadpool Director Explains How Celine Dion Came On Board For That Insane Music Video
Leitch explained
We were meeting with songwriters, we were hearing riffs and ideas, I was giving them briefings on thematics. And we ended up discovering the song ‘Ashes.’ It just sort of fit and ticked all the boxes of what I was trying to do, story-wise. And I was like, man, I really would love to find an artist to record this – a contemporary artist who’s got the chops to make it super emotional.
He went on:
I brought it to Ryan Reynolds and we started to riff on it. And he’s like, ‘You know who we should get? We should approach Céline. She’s an incredible singer, she’s amazing, but she’s also someone who works in the sort of subversive Deadpool universe.’
We had the song that was going to work for the movie, and then Ryan reached out and said, ‘Céline, would you like to record it?’ And then together we came up with this idea of having the music video. Both Reynolds and Dion are Canadian, so this music video is full of Canadian royalty.
The first song off of the upcoming Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again movie, due out in theaters in July, has just been released
“When I Kissed the Teacher” is an ABBA deep cut from 1976 album Arrival; old school fans of the Swedish pop superstars will know it, but everyone else should quickly catch on to the signature upbeat vibe and playful singalong lyrics. And, yes, it’s about kissing a teacher. The accompanying video shows off Cinderella actress Lily James – who’s starring in the movie sequel as a young Donna – singing and dancing enthusiastically through a school graduation ceremony, backed up by the other two ladies of the singing group the Dynamos.
ABBA’s own Benny Andersson is credited with producing and arranging the movie’s soundtrack, so you know they’re sticking to the group’s roots. But fans also received good news last week, when ABBA announced they’ve recorded two brand-new songs set for release soon, their first new music in over three decades.
“Wonder Woman” made history this weekend as it became the first-ever female-led superhero blockbuster!
After receiving rave reviews from fans and film critics alike, it also ruled at the box office, grossing $100.5 million in the US and Canada and over $220 million worldwide. Directed by Patty Jenkins and starring Gal Gadot, the film’s spectacular debut set a new record for the biggest opening for a female director.
This was a huge achievement for female filmmakers in general observed media analyst Paul Dergarabedian who said,
“Any ridiculous notion that a woman may not be suited to direct a big budget superhero movie is hopefully once and for all shattered.”
The film also proved any naysayers about the appeal of a female-led superhero film wrong – on the film review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, “Wonder Woman” earned a 94% approval rating from critics and 93% from fans, with the site’s critical consensus stating:
“Thrilling, earnest, and buoyed by Gal Gadot’s charismatic performance, Wonder Woman succeeds in spectacular fashion.”
Jimmy Fallon celebrates Stars Wars Day with Smash Mouth lib dub
Everyone’s favorite “Star Wars” characters rock out to Smash Mouth’s “All Star” in this cool video
The force was strong with Jimmy Fallon Wednesday night, May 3, as he and his crew at NBC’s “Tonight Show” made a lip dub video in honor of Thursday’s holiday: Star Wars Day.
In a bit before his guest interviews, Fallon brought out a box filled with audience suggestions.
One fan wrote: “Tomorrow is May 4th and May the 4th be with you. I love ‘Star Wars.’ I also love the song ‘All Star’ by Smash Mouth, which got me thinking. Can you show all the stars from ‘Star Wars’ singing ‘All Star’ to celebrate?”
